This hotel is simple but it 's the one allowing you 24/7 check-in which at the time of my stay, no hotels did provide (arrived 2 AM).

For a 3 star hotel I have high expectations on the accommodation I will get, but I think I got my hopes too high. But the staff were nice and helfpful on this hotel which makes my stay experience is not that bad.

The staff were very helpful, the location is good too.

This hotel has a good location so that's why I'd rush paid my booking but I was so confused that was time when I already checked in I found out that the suite not so good it because something nuisance smell not so good and little bit dirt on the floor I just stayed to pass the one night because it's paid already !!!

Every expectation I had prior booking here were met greatly aside probably for some staff that are b****y.

Clean rooms. but old building. Noisy air conditioner. Delicious breakfast.

The hotel is accessible and near to a lot of nice establishments and the staff are really nice too. I got a good rest while I was there.

Feel like home :-) the manager of the hotel his nice whatever we ask we get. The staff of the hotel they are lovely. Room clean and nice. Only the breakfast should be improved. We are second time here. Location is good will come back here for sure. I recommend this hotel for anybody.

The room was fine. The staff, the room, and the food are great. Overall experience was awesome.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, it's just that the breakfast menu is less varied and served so we can't choose.

Bad, my one year old got mosquito bites. When i mentioned to the manager casually said yes, subject to fumigation. No service recovery, no apology either. Lighting is too dim plus i asked the bellman if we can change the room because there is adjacent door, said door can't be opened from other side. Sad! It's my birthday.

Very convenient for everything.. staff very polite helpful and kind. anything you ask they will give it to you.room is basic it's not really deluxe. breakfast no good for foreign. only pilipino love fat food can eat.. I definitely comeback in this hotel because of the location and staff in the hotel.

The restaurant for leaves a lot to be desired. The room, bad for the price. The service personnel very good as it is in most hotels of the same category, or higher.
