Các bạn nên ghé ủng hộ hotel. Dù chỉ có 2 sao nhưng đáp ứng được nhu cầu của mình. A chị ở đó không biết là chủ hay là reception, 2 anh chị rất dễ thương. A reception còn chỉ mình điểm đi tham quan. Nếu có quay lại sapa mình vẫn tiếp tục book ở đây.

I am satisfied with the quality of clean room service, enthusiastic staff. The price is reasonable despite the Lunar New Year!

Everything was good except that the size of the room was a bit small and cramped. We booked a family room for 3 adults but the space inside the room has very little room left for walking and putting our luggages on the floor. Despite that, the service by one of the staff named Ly was exceptional. She was superb in helping everything from A to Z. We were grateful to her hospitality. Also, the breakfast was good with various choices. Would recommend.

Very good service, friendly staff. We check in sooner than 12h and the hotel is very convenient because we have been quite tired. Room service is always great, bed sheets, towels in the room are always clean. The hotel is still a tourist destination, the journey is very thoughtful. Hotel taxi to call yourself go to the tourist destination is also very caring, safe driving, fun. I will definitely come back.
