Clean hotel, friendly staff, outdoor traffic was a little loud by just the way it is. Good selection for breakfast but struggled a little keep items stocked. It did seem busy with some kids sports teams, so maybe it wasn't the norm to be that busy which made it harder. But I overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

First off the staff was great. But overall I would personally not stay here again. We found one live cricket and a dead crickot in our room.. not sure how it got up to the 4th floor? We also found some kind of stain on the matteress pad... which did not sit well with me.. we had to ask for another one but the front desk lady stated they did not have any more so just gave us another sheet. My husband and I just slept on a two sheeted mattress. Id rather be at home.

Pool area was kind of lame - tiny pool, hot tub not working, no clean pool towels. Rooms were fine - clean. What do you have to do to get a flat screen TV in the rooms nowadays?

It was better than OK, The hot tub although advertised on the website, and deliniated on a directional sign in the lobby... did not exist. The staff were nice, and helpful. Restaurants and bar within walking distance a plus. I would stay here again.

Floors are dirty blanket dirty no towels for the kids after pool

We were happy with the customer service and the comfort of our room. Breakfast was very good. It was close to our destination and nearby family.
