The location was idealistic close to metro, Restaurant’s the main city attractions are easily walkable. Staff provide a map and information around the best way to walk and see the attractions.would stay again.just remember there is no lift but staff will help you carry your bags

Friendly staff great location & price

We came to Madrid for one night to visit our favorite restaurants. We were looking for a place to sleep with AC close to where we wanted to be, and we found it. There are no great frills with this place. No elevator. But that was fine. It was clean, comfortable and the reception agent was very friendly. Would stay again.

Lovely place to stay in Madrid! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was easy to walk to major historical sites also.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Convenient location, but climbing 3 flights of narrow stairs at the end of the day was brutal. No elevators

If you can book the suite and don’t mind climbing up 5 flights of stairs I would certainly recommend it. You have the entire top floor with a wrap around balcony. This was my favorite stay in Spain let alone Madrid. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we knew where we were going and what the happenings were. Very close to lots of interesting bars and restaurants as well as historical sights without being in a crowded area. Love this hotel.
