Nice hotel, convenient location, pools and beach just few of steps

If you are young German which like to party and drinking all day and night this area is for you, other wise stay away!

The resort is excellent! One thing i noticed. There is no music playing and the one they have is for a funeral home. They need an activity person to make people have a good time other than eat and tan. The show at 9 pm is not good. Singers cant engage with customers because they are bad. Thats the only thing i see.

The buffet was good , workers are n restaurant are fantastic. Hotel staff are not very welcoming . Room was big ac was perfect .

Excellent location with 5 min walk to the beach but far enough from noisy beach pubs. All inclusive food and service was excellent. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I been in different Riu resorts Cancun, Punta Cana, Costa Rica.......moor I don't like one thing hotel is all inclusive but you have to pay for beers at pool every where 5 euro except in buffet you have right only for 3 free drinks, I have to buy Beers from outside to drink cost 2 Euro. The music in night is not good . Another issues and very very important to all visitors the most ATM machine is scam !!!! You must visited the Cathedral and city Palma

The room was OK, towels small, need cash for a beach towel, food was excellent, absolutely outstanding, poolsnwere ok, indoor pool closed, hot jacuzzi was just warm, cold plung pool was just slightly cool. Door key useless, 5 changes in 4 days and reception blamed me, i switched pockets and bags to no avail. Not near phone or bank cards just kept failing. Area is busy with german youngsters, but well behaved, would recommend 40s people stay nearer the airport.

I do not recommend stay in this region. Too crowded, people partying in the streets. At the middle of the night, inside the room, you can here people screaming and singing in the streets. The food could be better. Lots of options but not that tasty.

The property was clean! Staff friendly! Too much noise at the pool. We will probably not stay at this hotel in the near future.

My Adult daughter and I enjoyed our 4 day stay. There are many large groups of young German guests (many of whom stay in the hotel) who party all day and night in the area adjacent to the hotel which I would describe as the German equivalent of Benidorm or Magaluf. We did hear noise till 10.30 pm and then when the young people were returning to the hotel in the early hours although this was not prolonged. There are very few English speaking guests although this was not an issue. Our room was perfect with the exception of our balcony which faced a very high concrete wall therefore we had no sun or view and it rendered it unusable. We asked to move (willing to pay for an upgrade) However there was no availability. Cleanliness and food both excellent

Kid's room wasn't and it should be. Even like biljardi table or something like that. Dinner i found something hard stick inside my desert. I tell it to waitress after that no-one come apologise that situation or even tell about what it was...

Accessible easily by bus and close to the sea. Many shops around in case you need something.

Good hotel, very friendly staff, good food, great location 10min from the airport and 1min walk to the beach. We had a good time as a family with an infant but I don't think this hotel should be advertised as a good choice for families. It is located right in the middle of the German party area and it is noisy but bearable now thay it is off season in late October. In high season this is not an area for families to be at all, great groups that don't minding the side effects of being in the epicenter of the German party area. Plenty of restaurants and clubs around.

The hotel room needed some TLC. The toilet flush and bathroom handle broke during our stay and there was mould growing on the ceiling above my bed which needed cleaning (there appeared to be a damp issue). The staff were very friendly and there was plenty of food choice.
