This hotel is at the end of the main Reeperbahn strip so area is noisy and a bit intimidating.

Good Location on the Reeperbahn, close to nightlife and river. But the stay was ruined due to poor staff. Inspite being Expedia Platinum member, neither room upgrade nor late checkout was entertained. The room was infact free but was asked to pay for late checkout. In particular the lady Annika was too rude to come knocking at the room dot on time asking to vacate. Most hotels offer free ice, and have even ice dispensers. When we asked for ice, the bar staff were rude. Expedia should escalate to hotel management, hardly the kind of behaviour expected.

The room's size was satisfactory, however, the cleanliness was not up to standard, and the establishment does not align with a four-star rating. It is recommended that guests do not include breakfast with their room booking, as it does not represent good value. While the hotel's location is convenient, the noise levels are significant, particularly during weekend stays.

Fairly new property with nice large rooms. Our stay was comfortable and the bar staff were all excellent. The area is walkable and is focused on nightlife. Definitely a little different than we were expecting but overall, things felt safe. Breakfast was solid with many options. Felt like we received good value for our money here.

The room was clean and modern. The wifi signal was so weak it didn't work at all. We had to spend extra money on an esim just to be connected. Disappointing for a hotel that offers wifi inclusive with your room. The lock on the shower door was broken so you had to hold it closed with your foot when you showered so you didn't flood the room. Good location.

A very nice hotel that is conveniently located in the entertainment district of Hamburg. Clean rooms with a very good breakfast. Would return again on next visit.

Great staff, very welcoming. room was a good size, very good location. downsides were the curtain in the room was falling off the rail and the wifi was very weak in the room (although you can ask for a password to an addtional wifi network)

Good value and good location

With 13 of us staying in the hotel for between 1 and 3 nights, we had lots of comments on the good choice of hotel amongst us. Others hada few issues on getting the room temperature right, but that seemed to be the only criticism I heard. With one member of the party not well, I had reason to enlist the help of the hotel staff in getting more professional medical help. Can't rate the response and willingness and concern of the staff at reception enough. Due to chnaging shifts, I did not get time to thank them personally, but hope this message gets back to them
