The hotel is super clean, staffed with helpful employees ready to help. Conveniently located at terminal1. No waiting shuttle service from hotel to terminal 2 was very helpful. My hotel of choice for the next visit.

Everything was grewt

I absolutely love when we are able to stay here! It’s usually for barely 12-20 hours, but this hotel is always quiet, comfortable and safe. It has gotten a little pricey in the past few years, so when we are able to stay it is a treat!!! I am already looking forward to my next stay!

Had to add a fay due to inclement weather. I was accommodated

Inside Terminal 1 at airport. Very comfortable even while it's renovating. Everyone supplies customer service above and beyond. The shuttle driver took me to Terminal2 at 5:10 AM and then ran through the terminal to take my bags to check in and then rushed back to the hotel to get to his next scheduled pick up. Above and beyond.

The staff at check in was quick and pleasant. The room was on the lower floor so it wasn’t as quite. Found strands of hairs on the bathroom sink and floor as well as on the nightstand. More signs should be posted with directions to the hotel.

Upon arrival walking in the entrance is not like a traditional Hotel with check in to the side. But there was staff available to guide you to the upstairs check in desk. Every staff member we encounter was friendly and more than helpful. I had reserved 2 rooms with King beds and a sofa bed so that my in laws would be next to us or have conjoining rooms, during check in one room was switched to a double bed which put us on a different floor than my elderly in laws who do not travel without their adult childern.

Perfect location for a quick trip, super pet friendly. They gave my dog its own food and water bowl. They have a potty area for pets! Loved it

I always stay at this hotel so I can take my flight the next day. It is modern, clean, has amazing room service and top notch quality rooms that feel brand new even though I’ve been staying there for several years. The shuttle to terminal 2 is great and runs every 20min. The staff is attentive. The restaurant is quite good too! And the direct bridge to terminal 1 is convenient. I only wish it had a pool! That would be perfection!
