I enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Zhero. Thank you to the kind staff who helped me get a taxi to the airport when it was a challenge. The staff friendliness was a highlight of my stay. I would return again next time I’m in Palma. There are a few restaurants nearby and access to a public beach and public transportation.

We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!

Fab boutique hotel, lovely staff, gorgeous breakfast. Pool area lovely and hotel very clean, however a bit tired here and there, would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, only thing was the A/C was not working properly, so it made it a little uncomfortable in the evening. However, overall the hotel was wonderful andcwould recommend it to family and friends.

Boutique hotel aimed presumably at the german market. Reasonable rooms and very clean. Decor though is very 1990s and needs updating....boho chic seems to be what they're trying

Wonderful stay at Zhero. Air-conditioning in room could certainly do with a little love as it was quite warm. Cheers for the great stay though!

Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator which I didn’t note when booking. Because we were on a longer trip and had many bags, it was difficult and inconvenient to lug them up and down the stairs. For a 3 star hotel, Zhero Hotel was fine. The AC worked great and it was nice to have a balcony to dry things we had washed. This being said, we aren’t likely to stay here again.

This place is super cool. Really relaxed vibe around the pool with nice music playing all day. Staff are really friendly and relaxed. Feels more like staying with friends than in a hotel. Will definitely be rebooking when I go back to Mallorca.. 1 tiny complaint is that the WiFi is a bit slow..

We checked in quite late and the super lovely lady was there waiting for us and got us right into our room. The bed and pillow were fantástico y dreamy, the view and neighborhood peaceful and beautiful, and the hotel decor súper chic! We loved our stay!!

Beautifully humble hotel. Incredible quiet location. Extremely comfortable bed. Service is very friendly and respectful. Hansi was an incredible host, very attentive to my stay and my needs (whether at the bar, the pool, the quiet areas). Highly recommended.

excellent staffs, breakfast, cleanliness, good location with parking. The room was comfortable, the only detail is that the bathroom stall could be a little bigger as the water from the shower wet the whole bathroom. Overall, a great hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Zhero hotel. This is a great hidden gem with the friendliest of staff and chic vibes.

We enjoyed it and the service was good. The management and staff were very nice and accommodating to help with concerns and recommend of good restaurants etc.
