I live the fact they had a restaurant right there and the staff was very helpful.

There is no soap in the bathroom, the ac unit is on permanently with the light on -I need dark room in order to sleep.

It was clean and staff were friendly. However, it is older and certain things were not working properly.

Its a nice hotel. We stayed there for a week. I took two stars off because one you can hear through the walls and the people in the top of our room would make so much noise at night it sounded like a dog running every night at 2-3 am (tbh i thought it was a ghost). And the other star beacuse one afternoon after being out all day we came to our room and found the door was not completely closed. Nothing was taken but they should always check after cleaning the rooms. Overall if your looking for a nice place to stay this is it the people were nice. We came too early and asked if we could leave our baggage to not walk around with it. Its close to Biblioteca Vasconcelos about 10 mins walking and walking distance to a walmart at 10 mins. They have a restaurant on the lobby floor. Food was mid compared to other places.

Construction noise above my room all day. Not handicap accessible. Restaurant was good. Housekeeping was great.

They are very professional and the food was very good.

My husband and I stayed here for a rather short stay on a layover waiting for a flight but were able to take advantage of some sights and get some rest while we waited to head back to the airport. Honestly, they have the most comfortable hotel bed that we have ever slept in! I only wish we could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy some more rest. I would definitely consider a future stay here for a longer period of time.

Property was ok in remodelation, Staff is pretty good Food was great The only bad thing is the people in the restaurant the servers dont explained pretty good about what you gonna be charge and i paid more the what i was expecting.

The staff was excellent but the floors in our room were really dirty and when we had them clean the room they just swept but not mopped

The property was in construction on July 2025, the elevator was down, staff was managing the elevator so you will always have to call them. The room was very clean, with an a/c, at night wasnt necessary because weather will cool at night. Restaurant’s staff was awesome and servings are huge and good. Overall we had a good stay except the elevator issue. Walking distance to zocalo and Bellas Artes was a good 20 min. walk, uber to that area $70 pesos ride.
