The staffs (and dog) are friendly. they have a small elevator, but enough for big luggages. the studio room equipped with complete kitchen set, and a washing machine. very spacious for 2 persons. it's really close to the tram station. there's Lidl accross the street, and a local store next to the building open until midnight.
