Always a great place to stay

Taking into account the late arrival, the overall experience at the hotel turned out excellent. The room was clean and the hotel staff in general were really welcoming.

OK hotel- some irksome issues, I.e., rock roll music playing in the hallways as early as 8:00 am ( a bit too early for most), and having to wait to pay for a bottle of water in the same line as the hotel check-in, which took 15 minutes on one occasion, and on another, I got tired of waiting and went to the store across the street. For the price, I would have expected better customer-service.

East walk to both the train station and old town. Big supermarket opposite too. Friendly staff and clean room with all amenities required.

The Hotel was in a great location, very clean and the staff accommodating. The twin room was great and had a walkout solarium. Very happy to find that handwashed garments would dry over night. Very disappointed that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel that I prereserved with the hotel never arrived.

Really fun vibe, room was comfortable and a great gym with lots of equipment and plenty of room to move around. the staff were helpful and paid parking was easy in the lot behind the building. Enjoyed our stay.

Too hot room with AC not working. Neighbours noisy half night. No help from reception. Breakfast with long waiting and most of plates empty. Room with nearly no toilet paper and no spare roll. On top of all expensive room.

Nice place to stay in and very accessible to the city!

It was a great stay, reception staff superb! Very helpful. Negative thing the restaurant, ordering a simple burger was even embarrassing, ordered a blue cheese burger with no onion and delivered a jalapeño burgués with onion! And when I said this they replied that if I wasn’t allergic I could eat the onion! Really? Eat it yourself! Also I asked if was possible to add bacon or avocado and it was like ordering a unicorn! That add up was impossible to do I was told, but you have it in the menu, yes but can’t be added in may case…. Ridiculous response! Anyway I might come back to the hotel but never to that restaurant not even for breakfast just in case I’m forces to eat onions too hahahaha

The only thing they really lack is a fridge in the room!!!

Its ideally located close to the bus and train station, a small trip from the airport, its clean and modern staff are friendly and helpful

The smiles and the exceptional service is gone. You can see that they have had consultants saving every "unnecessary" cent everywhere. But it is still a good choice at a good price. The breakfast is nice with fresh bread (no butter anymore - I know it got expensive). Not possible to get mustard to the sausages. There is a well equipped shop across the street. Why did noone in the staff take an initiative? All those small things that make a difference. And give 5 stars instead of 4.

Wonderful hotel. I stay in around 15 hotels a year and this is up there with the best. Excellent value for money, close to the station, great staff and fitted my needs perfectly.
