Perfect

Area was nice and staff were the best part of the stay. Breakfast was also really good. My complaint is the actual room itself. For the price we pay, I was disappointed to find my mattress was uncomfortable, sheets were also uncomfortable, it wasn’t as clean as I was expecting. Again, bed was extremely uncomfortable. Its like it was broken, indented in the middle of the king bed. Need to replace their mattress. Bathroom also has no ventilation, which is concerning.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I liked how well kept the hotel was during our stay. My only issue was the lack of condiments and seating available when the occupancy of the hotel is high.

Hotel was clean, inviting (staff welcomed you on each entry/re-entry and upon leaving), helpful with services around them. Room was clean and as described, roomy and quiet. Bed was comfortable, couch cushions were a bit lopsided yet still functional. Appreciated the desk/work area having a light not attached to the room lights.

Enjoyed our stay loved the breakfast, only problem was on our last night our room sink was overflowing through the night and maintainence was not available for help until the next morning. The manager claire came to help the situation but the sink continued to flood out.

Nice hotel.

Everybody was super friendly, the hotel was super clean and the house keeping ladies were very wonderful when I requested more blankets they gave me plenty. Regina was very friendly and a wonderful person!!

I will likely book again given the proximity to where I need to go. The breakfast was great. I liked the cleanliness of the property, staff & modern appearance. The area seemed safe. I didn’t like the bed & I think everyone is sleeping on the side facing the door because of the noise from the window facing the main street. I didn’t sleep at all. It may not be bad for others. I was surprised because it’s a business park area and doesn’t seem to be a busy street late at night.

Great for what we needed - room was very comfortable, breakfast bar included was typical, coffee was very good. Staff was very helpful, no issues at all. The pool was small and didn't make it out there - only had two pool chairs so not much room. Only downside is the price - super expensive for this type of hotel but there weren't many other options.

Everything at this hotel was just a little better than expected. A very nice and attractive lobby. The pool is heated! Good breakfast.

From the minute we arrived things went downhill. Computer system was down so had to wait to be checked in. Then when system was back up and I was told to wait in line and I would be next, some lady comes over who had just walked in and starts complaining and ultimately went before me. I guess if you complain you get preferential treatment. Hot tub went down on day we arrived and I hope you like sausage, stayed 4 days and each morning breakfast was sausage and eggs. Can’t a guy get bacon at least once! I will say that the housekeeping staff was friendly and staff cleaning breakfast area was friendly. Moreover, bed was comfortable but bathrooms need a fan to vent off steam, felt like I was in a sauna.

Convenient location. Easy check in. Staff was nice. Breakfast was busy.
