This hotel was fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional, the food (breakfast and dinner) were excellent with a great selection plus you can have food ordered to grill at the moment. We were very please with this and we definitely will come back. I almost forgot the spa, it was included in the price and is great. Two thumbs up !!!!

An excellent hotel to spend a few days at.

It’s a lovely hotel with access to the beach, which is 5 mins walk away. It’s a great booking to make if you need a peaceful and quiet getaway. Palma city centre isn’t too far away. Staff are kind and helpful. The pool is lovely!

Swim up bar is fantastic. Buffet breakfast and dinner were faultless.

Not as good as our last visit. The shower wash and shampoo bottles in the bathroom were empty. We asked the cleaning lady to fill them but she forgot. Also requested a double bed which was not prepared.

The property is clean and safe, has modern facilities and accessible to the beach and nice restaurants. The cycling center is awesome. Everyone’s friendly and helpful.

Could not fault this hotel, everything about it was good, location, staff, food, the only gripe was the entertainment, could be a bit more upmarket, apart from that no complaints at all.

Beautiful spot - quiet place in the neighborhood but also right near the water. Pool, Spa, Fitness Facilities, Staff, Buffets, etc. all great!

We had a good time here, there are a couple of things that could be easily improved. For example, some days the room was cleaned super early and really well, and other days it was barely done and done very late in the day. If you’re even a little particular about toiletries please bring your own. It’s also good to know there is a small supermarket very nearby as you can buy your own (it isn’t replenished after the first night and the bar only sells small glass bottles). We also think that maybe the pools are a little small for the numbers staying. It was very hard to get a lounger as everyone reserved before breakfast even if they didn’t come down until much later in the day. The team are really good, and generally very busy but getting on with it. Check in could be streamlined with some better documentation.

Amazing service, a lovely clean room and a comfy bed. 10min drive from the airport and a few minute stroll away from the nicest beach. Only stayed one night, check out was at 11am however as my flight home was at 6:30pm they allowed me to use the hotels facilities and showers for the day and called me a taxi when i requested (there is also a very nice pool with a swim up bar!) :)
