Great location, clean sea, friendly staff, a good choice.

Poorly signed, and very unfriendly service... They charge for wifi

My wife and I stayed at Garden Club Toscana for 2 nights during our trip to Italy in June. It is located 35 - 40 minutes from Pisa. The stay was all inclusive to include 3 meals along with bottled water, juice and wine. The buffet included a very good Italian and international cuisine. The hotel has a very nice large pool with a beautiful beach with access across the street via a tunnel. The hotel is very family oriented with primarily families. There was plenty of entertainment for the adults and children to included several shows around the pool area and public areas and a very entertaining singer. Even thou only a couple of the staff members spoke English, the staff was always helpful, very friendly and always made us feel welcome. I believe we were the only US tourists at the hotel, which we liked as it gave us a feel for the real Italy. The only negative was the rooms could use a facelift, however better than most European hotels we've stayed at. The rooms were however very clean. The common areas were very nice and always clean. The area around the hotel was very nice with a choice of many restaurants and beaches which offered personal rental cabanas. It is a great place especially for familias and a fantastic value! I highly recommend!

Commençons par l'énorme point noir de notre séjour, la chambre : la literie n'est pas des plus agréables mais à la limite c'est pas la pire qu'on ait eu, on sent les ressorts à chaque mouvement. Il n'y a pas de volet donc la lumière du jour nous réveillait systématiquement chaque matin et pas de chance, l'isolation phonique est inexistante, nos voisins parlaient simplement et on entendait tout, à toute heure. Pareil pour les besoins, pas et j'en passe. Un comble lorsque l'on vient pour se reposer. Il est également indiqué comme langue français anglais (en plus de l'italien bien évidemment), dans les faits personne ne parlait français et très peu parlaient anglais. On s'est retrouvé bloqué à l'extérieur car notre porte bloquait sans cesse à devoir expliquer à une personne qui ne parlait qu'italien notre problème : nous ne parlons pas italien. Nous avons dû nous stationner sur de l'herbe à notre arrivée car il n'y avait plus de place de parking, ayant un suv ce n'était pas un problème mais gare aux véhicules bas. Le restaurant est plutôt bon et varié mais le personnel manque clairement d'amabilité. La piscine est très bien mais malheureusement les gens laissent leur serviette et partent pour reserver leur place, ce qui est normalement interdit mais pas surveillé donc très compliqué selon les horaires de trouver un transat de libre. La plage est vite bondée également. De notre expérience, nous ne reviendrons pas et ne conseillons pas cet hôtel.

Villaggio molto bello, cibo ottimo e a volontà, camere confortevole e pulita, animazione e staff cortese, unica pecca nessuna piscina per adulti aveva un entrata per le persone anziane o con difficoltà a deambulare. Quindi nel mio caso mia madre che non riusciva a fare le classiche scalette da piscina non ne ha potuto usufruire un gran bella pecca a mio parere.

Sauberer Strand mit freundlichem Personal und Essen im Pinienwaeldchen

Alles in Allem echt zu empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht ganz perfekt aber schon gut. Sind von dessen bis Umgebung und Lage usw alles top. Alle sehr freundlich dort

Das Resort und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Anlage gepflegt. Nach 3-4 Tagen hat man die Buffets gesehen, zudem war das Essen vielfach nur knapp lauwarm. Die Angestellten bei der Essensausgabe sehr unfreundlich, kein Gruss zurück und ungeduldig, Frühstück wurde bereits 3/4 Std. vor Ende nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Vielleicht lag’s auch an der Coronasituation und am bevorstehenden Saisonende.

Con la mia famiglia ho trascorso una settimana in questa bellissima struttura. Pur non amando la formula villaggio come tipologia di vacanza bisogna dire che al Garden resort sono stati capaci di farci ricredere! Villaggio bellissimo e pulito, animazione diurna discreta ma simpatica. Tra i punti di forza c’è senza dubbio la ristorazione, curata, varia e di ottima qualità, lontana anni luce da quei mediocri buffet che si trovano usualmente nei villaggi. L’altro punto di forza sono stati gli spettacoli serali, ogni sera non vedevamo l’ora di andare in teatro (al contrario delle vacanze degli altri anni in altre strutture in cui gli spettacoli realizzati dagli animatori erano penosi). Al Garden resort gli animatori sono cantanti, ballerini, comici e svolgono il loro lavoro con una passione e una professionalità incredibile e coinvolgente. L’unico rimpianto è che una settimana sia volata!

В отеле третий раз.Пляж отлично,новые лежаки.Море чистое,заход плавный.Еда супер.Все свежайшее,шеф знает толк в итальянской кухне.Вино раньше было бутылочное выдержанное.Сейчас разлив среднее по качеству.Приносил на ужин с собой.Спа и бани платные с этого года.Вся территория в реликтовых соснах,воздух изумительный.Вечером живая музыка и представления в большом зале.Нужна машина,много интересного можно посмотреть.Надеюсь приехать ещё.

bella la struttura in generale e tutti i servizi offerti: spiaggia, tennis, palestra piscina. Cortese il personale, buona la pulizia.

Aree verdi e spazi molto curati,ristoranti e servizio ottimi,da migliorare sicuramente la pulizia delle camere,cibo buonissimo animazione buona ,valore aggiunto la presenza di PAKO e Mauro.

Sehr, sehr einfache Unterkunft, wie ein Motel. Frühstück oft Früchte aus der Dose. Animation übertrieben. Anlage veraltet. Strand toll und Pool ist sauber und gut. SUB ist toll und kann günstiger gemietet werden als Gast.

Molto positivo, pur essendo in alta stagione tutto funziona al meglio, unica pecca, ci sono pochi punti provvisti di contenitori x la raccolta differenziata( mancano in camera, ristorante, spiaggia e aree comuni.

La struttura nel complesso molto buona, non ho gradito l'accoglienza il primo giorno per il pranzo (a pagamento), al ristorante in cui mi è stato addebitato un conto fisso a mio avviso ingiusto.

Verplichte "clubkaart" 7€pp/dag, waarvoor is nooit duidelijk, moeilijke communicatie in Engels. Gebruik tennisveld 15 €, dag twee zwembad gesloten. Dag drie tas met juwelen opzettelijk of per vergissing verdwenen uit badkamer, elke dag wist men ons te vertellen dat men nog op zoek was tem vrijdag en dan de mededeling om op maandag eens terug te komen en te vragen naar de manager huishouding, ik ben overtuigd dat indien we Italiaans en niet half Afrikaans waren dit anders zou verlopen zijn. Het eten in restaurant was het beste wat ik ooit gezien heb in een resort, in een periode van 10 dagen nooit hetzelfde, echt prima en lekker. Wij (4) hadden familiekamer die echt niet is zoals foto's, als valies op grond ligt kan je niet meer rond je bed stappen, +500€ per dag en bijbetalen voor gebruik tennisveld etc lijkt mij iets erover. Alle animatie is in vloeiend Italiaans.... In 't kort : restaurant perfect, zwembad OK, sportinfrastructuur en fitness OK, strand op 5min stappen, netheid OK, personeel vriendelijk maar Italiaans only, kamers net maar klein, prijzig. Avondmaal sluit om 21u, veel te vroeg als je uitstappen maakt.

Resort con molti servizi congruenti con il costo. Il punto negativo e' il pagamento obbligatorio di 7 euro a giorno a persona per i servizi che al momento della prenotazione sembrano essere inclusi. Anche lo staff alla reception non ha saputo fornire alcuna spiegazione salvo che con la tessera potevamo pagare il bar e altri servizi che avremo voluto. In questa maniera si nascondono costi extra in fase di prenotazione che non sono trasparenti al consumatore e che non permettono di confrontare i costi con altre strutture. Colazione e pranzo abbastanza buoni se confrontati con il numero di persone. Stanza relativamente piccola con bagno molto piccolo. Staff abbastanza accogliente. Molte persone in gita di gruppo, cio' rende la struttura un po' meno adatta a famiglie
