The person on the front desk was super helpful. And resolved my key card issue really well

Great overnight stop if you have an early flight out of Luton. Even a bus stop £1.90 right outside to take you to the airport terminal from door. Reception even has a digital display of when the next bus is so you could stay in the warm and walk outside with 1 minute before it picks up Otherwise it would be a short 15 minute walk

Excellent hotel to stay at when you have an early morning flight. Took us only 5 minutes to walk to the terminal with our bags.

The staff were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Our dinner order was incorrect but the waitperson was very apologetic and provided a replacement with a reduction off the bill. Not his fault, and he handled well. And the food was very good

After landing late at luton airport we walked to the hotel which was ideal.

Stay was really good and easy and convenient to get to airport. Rooms nice size and clean. Food in restaurant was good and of good size for money. Every staff member was very friendly and nothing was too much.

Very close to airport, comfy and clean room, no issues at all! Nice little gym to do a quick workout.
