Nice place. Staff was friendly and nice. Presidents suite was big and clean. Maybe needs a bit of TLC but would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a one night stay. Kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Just what we were looking for, close to the restaurant we were going to.

The property is the cheapest around. Nice place for adults with littke amount of kids. A significant investment into the property could make it magical.

Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble, la chambre était superbe et très propre. Le faux foyer dans la chambre n'était pas fonctionnel et dans la soirée nous avons constaté la présence de petites fourmis sur le bureau principal, ce qui nous a assez déplu au final. Le sayna extérieur n'était pas fonctionnel non plus. Sinon, très bel hotel dans l'ensemble.

Je suis allée plusieurs fois et c'est la première fois où jai un aussi mauvais service de la réceptionniste! Super bête, abrupte et sur la defensive.

In general the cleanless is good and prices not high

Property is dated but clean and well maintained. This hotel probably looked chic and upscale 30 years ago. A god choice for a night or two in beautiful St Adele area.

Was really good! But if you want something relax , just to let you know that there's a lot of families. So yesterday at my supper 🍽 time it was terrible with the noise and the parents that didn't stop to talk loud with them . I love kids , i work with kids but in a restaurant that you pay expensive or not , you must have your quality time

Great price and super nice front desk people. Great amenities with inside and outside pool. My go to hotel when visiting family

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. Pool, hot tubs and sauna are appreciated. The in house restaurant is excellent and affordable.

L’hotel a beaucoup de potentiel mais besoin de renovation…. Pour ceux qui veut aller a Alice au pays des merveilles.. 2 min a pied! Malheureusement… je voyais massage pour enfants mais c’etait pas disponible finalement

Nice hotel - should have did a bit more homework - after I booked I saw that I could have claimed a 10% bonus - CA 10 .- probably a gift from government for holidaying in Canada - Did virtual agent right after it was booked and eventhough hadn’t paid fully for trip yet - was denied - also I have one total knee replacement and am on a waiting list to have the other one done- who would think that a highly rated hotel would have no elevator- only had to deal with 3 flights of stairs-hotel had no vacancies on main floor- guess I should have stayed home

Piscine extérieure à besoin d’être peinte.Et je n’aime pas trop les chambres avec des tapis. Lit très confortable et propre.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The renovated and clean bathroom made up for some areas in the room which needed a good wipe down such as patio doors and door frames. The spa in the hotel was a beautiful surprise with incredible service. Staff at the hotel very pleasant.
