Very nice hotel in Altstadt Vienna. Close to everything. Clean room, good amenities, great breakfast. Would stay there again!

Room okay ish, and great locations. Room on the 1st floor overlooking the street, room was visible to the shoppers in the supermarket opposite, room had no curtains other than blackout curtains that made the room so dark. There is no on site bar!!!!! The bar is across a very busy road, once there we were told it was too cold to take the shutters down so just a really just a basic bar in a building opposite the hotel. .

It was ok

I was in the LAMÉE bldg. Only one elevator and it broke 2 days in a row. Other than that everything was good.

Excellent location

We had the penthouse. It is a really nice room. You have the entire floor, a balcony that wraps around two sides of it with amazing views. The living room and bedroom has walls of glass that look out to the balcony. There are plenty of curtains to cover every inch of it. The breakfast found on level -1 is really good. Wide range of traditional breakfast item form Europe or made to order breakfast as well. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant. I would stay again.

The hotel is in a very close proximity to Stephanplatz and therefore experiences constant noise day and night. The building where we stayed has a rooftop bar and because of that, and especially on the weekend, the parade in and out of the building in non-stop. Often young and noisy costumers and using the elevator becomes a mission impossible. Lastly, the charge of breakfast is 33Euro per guest, which seems very exaggerated

Excellent hotel in a great location right in the city centre.

The lack of a Hotel information folder in room and feeling that our room door was not properly locked were my main issues. The door closed fine but how could I tell it was locked? The lighting in the room was confusing and lights wouldn't work unless main switch at room door was on. The house keeping staff kept strange hours and wanted to commence cleaning at 4pm!! The parts they did clean were spotless and plenty of towels. Very modern decor with a lovely Rooftop Bar. I think this hotel would suit a younger couple best.

The staff were fantastic!!!! Such beautiful people who would do anything for you, the breakfast I truly recommend you won’t be disappointed fresh food lovely presented and delicious All the restaurants and shopping at your fingertips

Hotel location is great, but to noise in the evenings, someday I could not sleep until 4:00am because of street noise. Wonderful stuff in front desk. Overall hotel is nice,but new-cheep remodeling, be careful of heavy wooden sides, especially in bathroom. One of the drawer’s cover almost felt on my feet. Had a bad experience with rooftop bar, ordered a drink ( Empress) which included grapefruit, 5 minutes after they served the drinks, the manager and waitress came and started looking at my glass and the manager grabbed the drink from my hand very rapidly and told that it was something else, something cheaper than my order. I told them that it’s ok, whatever, I don’t need anything else. We paid and left shortly. They have to follow the work ethics and be better in service.

Great location

We stayed in the Lamee building of Topazz and Lamee. We had a cozy category and the room was quite large and the shower was exceptional. It was nice that the toilet area was separate. Lamee has a very nice rooftop bar that we visited a few times on the 18th floor. We were situated so close to restaurants, shopping, the canals, and all the historic sites. Cleaning left a little to be desired but other than that, we liked the room and loved the area!

Great location, decor of room modern but room on the small side. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful I booked the place as it had a rooftop bar, but unfortunately was extremely disappointed! It was not what I expected, tables nearly touching each other which meant you were unable to move around to see the view and as smoking is still allowed in bars and restaurants it made for a very unpleasant experience! Would not bother visiting if you were planning to do so!

Excellent hotel, great room, super friendly staff who gave us recommendations and excellent location.
