Very Clean and Quiet

Pros: The room was clean with the exception of a stain on the couch. Cons: The water really leaked out of the shower and my floor mat was soaked when I got out of the shower. We also booked a Queen suite, and the bed was way smaller than a queen, maybe a full, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep with two people on the bed. The bed and pillows also were not the best, the matress was pretty rough and the pillows felt old and lumpy, and the comforter was pretty scratchy. The hotel was pretty dated, but over all not terrible.

Service was exceptional. Facility outdated and dirty. Chairs and window cushion had stains. Woke up to a Cockroach in the bathroom and one walking behind dresser near mini fridge. Ac had a weird smell in the morning. We cut our stay short. I need refund. Where can I get it.

I loved my stay!!! The hotel was amazingly, nice, clean and quiet, and the rate was unbelievable affordable. Lastly Craig, the front desk agent was understanding and helped me out with a late check out!!

I give the hotel only a fair rating due to amenities are minimal, was not very clean, facility was older and run down. I checked in online but the front desk person had no record of the online check-in so had to give all my information and CC to them at the hotel. This made me question security of the online info I gave. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

The food and location was great. The only issue was stains on the beds and sofas.

It feel safe area

Great location and great property.

Front desk was not available at time of check in I had to wait 15 min for them to return. The inside was extremely outdated, the carpet in the hallways was comping apart which led to trips over the carpet. The rooms are outdated. There was constant smell of marijana in the hallway and in the elevator. There’s only 1 elevator so it was hard to avoid it . There’s constant traffic in and out of the hotel . I did not feel safe having young kids with me and do not recommend this hotel
