Staff was good, very educated and sympathetic personal, bedrooms good, room service was good. food quality can be much improved. it could have less variety for better quality. maybe with better preparation, some food was lacking taste, other was not properly cooked.

Great visit to Best Hotel Cambrils. Food was great with plenty of options for everyone. The beach was such a short walk from the hotel. The rooms have a mini fridge inside them to keep your drinks cool. The hotel is situated In a quieter location compared to Salou or Cambrils. The hotel always looked clean and tidy and the large dining area was very nice. There are bus stops just outside the front of the hotel which will take you to Salou/Cambrils/Portaventura world theme park. The bus is €2.10 from the hotel to the theme park. The pool area was kept clean and tidy as well. I would fully recommend this hotel.

To be honest this is a good hotel .very clean and great staff always happy to help. The rooms are getting a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. Our shower head was damaged and badly repaired but it worked .its very close to the beach and a short bus trip to cambrills or salou . Good pool very goid family hotel . I would go all inclusive if i were to book again .

Good room but constant noise in ceiling which we reported twice but language barrier prevented explaining fully and never fixed. Air conditioning intermittent. Pool and terrace is next to road, but not affected by road noise too much. Self-service soft drinks, water, local beer and sangria at pool bar, which we thought was good. Cava readily available on all-inclusive and all the usual local spirits you'd expect. All disposable plastic or paper cups in pool area though, with no recycling. Able to get sunbeds easy enough, but it was only mid-May! Evening entertainment poor and music catered to local Spanish mainly. Dining pretty poor, buffet rarely served hot, catered for continental tastes and everything laced in garlic - even potato and mushrooms at breakfast! Chips and snacks available at pool bar only when restaurant shut - so not available at peak lunchtime?! Bar staff very friendly. Overall staff were helpful but English poor compared to other Spanish hotels we've stayed at. I would rate the hotel as a 3 star, not the official 4 stars it has. Airport bus (Bus Plana) stops right outside and is only €3.65 adult one way for Reus, whereas taxi is around €40-€50. Buses leave Reus airport to coincide with flight arrivals. To go back to airport ask for times at travel kiosk across road from hotel. I'd stay again if necessary but would look to other hotels maybe more in Salou first, which seems to have been given a makeover and there's more to see and do.

Very old rooms, very dated and dark. A step back to holidays in 1970's. Internet not working and poor when operating. Much better quality hotels within area for same price as this hotel wasn't cheap. Staff had very little English at reception. Wouldn't stay there again, very disappointing - sorry!

The entertainment and kids club was disappointing. Overall the hotel, staff and food were lovely. Most staff were helpful, others were not and looked very unhappy. Very little information is out for local area, services, bus/taxi, weather, bank holidays etc. While staying there was a Bank holiday yet not told. I noticed that bed sheets were not changed in 4days too.

Nice clean hotel, very close to the beach. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food and cocktails are delicious. Great entertainment program every night for kids and adults. Reasonable price for the stay.

Close to the beach but very crowded in the restaurant, lifts and pool. Food was bland and dull.

Place was ok for the one night we needed while passing through. Our rooms were above the entertainment hall so kids couldn’t get to sleep until 12 midnight!

Just arrived back from a 10 day stay at this hotel, the location is great, just yards from the beach and equidistant from both Salou and Cambrills with a Plana Bus running to both. Overall, we were disappointed with the Hotel it was outdated and the rooms were small, food was plentiful however most of it was barely tepid despite being replenished regularly so I can only assume it was cold when it left the kitchen. We did not visit the pool area at all as it was so small and crowded, the sunbeds were inches away from each other and there was no room to move them so we spent all our time on the beach which was lovely although we did have to pay 14 euros a day for the sunbeds/shade it was worth it to us! We would not return to this Hotel although will definitely be back to this area next year as it is great!

Our room was not as described, and despite complaining and being assured it would be resolved, nothing was done.. so we spent a week watching a listening to very loud trains running past our room all day and night. The room did not have the two double beds we had booked. Car Parking also cost an unexpected £80 for the week, and no drinking water was provided at all on the Half-board package.. The location is very good for easy access to an excellent beach, and the buffet style Breakfast and Dinner was at least better than I was expecting, with plenty of Seafood and choice.

Its like a Holiday resort

Lo que nos gustó fue la comida del buffet está muy rica y es variada. La zona de comida sana es muy amplia. Eso sí, el café es terrible! El personal del comedor es muy agradable y cuidadoso. El horario de la piscina es hasta las 19.00, echamos de menos una hora más por lo menos. Nuestra habitación estaba en el ptro edificio y no tiene ascensor, lo cual es incómodo sobre todo el dia de llegada y salida por las maletas.

alojado en el Hotel Best Cambrils y, en general, la experiencia fue positiva. Las instalaciones están limpias y bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. La habitación era cómoda y tranquila, ideal para descansar. El buffet ofrecía una buena variedad de platos, con comida sabrosa y bien presentada. En cuanto al personal, el trato fue correcto, aunque no especialmente amable. No fueron groseros, pero tampoco se esforzaban demasiado en hacer sentir bien a los huéspedes. A pesar de eso, lo pasé bien y consideraría volver en el futuro.

En general muy bien. A mejorar, el check-in online, ya que sólo estaba en inglés y no funcionaba.

Pocas tiendas al lado muy apartado

La estancia fue agradable; al llegar, ya nos esperaban gracias al pre chequeo realizado. La comida era excelente, con una gran variedad para satisfacer cualquier paladar. El único aspecto MUY NEGATIVO fueron los cócteles, que no eran preparados por una persona sino dispensados por una máquina similar a las de refrescos, resultando en una calidad muy baja. Por ello, opté por consumir otras bebidas debido a la mala calidad de los cócteles. La conexión a internet era extremadamente lenta, lo que me obligó a utilizar los datos móviles para tareas que requerían rapidez y estabilidad. La habitación era espaciosa y confortable, con camas y almohadas cómodas; la ubicación era excelente. Sin embargo, otro punto negativo fue la necesidad de pagar por el estacionamiento, algo inesperado en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. En resumen, fue una experiencia positiva: buena ubicación, comida deliciosa, habitación excelente, limpieza impecable y un trato cordial.
