This was an amazing hotel to stay at. Beautiful views; friendly staff and superb hospitality. It was also an extra bonus that they had ice water and a coffee machine available for guests at all hours. Staff was patient with all guests and really gave great ideas on how to spend our time in Lauterbrunnen and close by communities. We did not want to leave this hotel.

The hotel is located on a hill with beautiful views. It's close to the train station, restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The room was very clean. So was the hotel. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a restaurant. The food was very tasty.

Our room was comfortable and clean with a bland nice view. We also loved the breakfast and restaurant.

Hotel was simple and straightforward, views from the room and the room itself was really special- a bathtub with a separate waterfall view out of two different windows!

Wonderful location, very friendly staff, nice rooms - what else can I say? Dining was great too - 10/10 breakfast and 8.5/10 dinner. The only nitpick I have is that the water temperature in the shower varied heavily over the course of a shower. Nothing that would stop me from giving a wholehearted recommendation, though.

Loved the main hotel, we stayed in a chateau across the street. Charming, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, amazing view, perfect location, lovely breakfast, the only drawbacks were having to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs and the smell in our room/closet. Smelled like something died in there. I would stay at that hotel again.

Great place to stay. Close to the train station and the main area in town.

Good location and decent breakfast. Check-in can be more helpful...I feel like you needed to figure everything out or have to ask the right questions rather be provided with any helpful guidance upfront. Room itself was clean and has good insulation. However, the bed mattress is not very good, covers and duvet were very starchy/scratchy, and pillow (you only get 1 per person) was pretty useless (mostly air in the pillow, not much to it, it is as flat as flat can get).
