Appalling customer service between both Hotels.com and Le Presidente, whereby both parties were unresponsive, unwilling and avoided all responsibility to deal with my cancellation of a secondary night 48hrs in advance. And I was assured when checking in that both parties would address this concern -only to be later informed of a strict policy to withhold funds for the secondary night. Management was unresponsive, avoided Hotels.com and our calls And, Eric did not make himself available. No follow-up, multiple calls to both parties who differed responsibility to the other. While travelling with my daughter to attend university at Bishops I frequent the area often and have had no issues with either The Delta, Holdsy Inn etc. Extremely frustrated, disappointed and will no longer use this service - and I’m sure this will also fall on deaf ears as you stick to the principle of retaining my funds.
