Best customer service and clean rooms😊

The first room we were put in had a horrible smell and a cockroach crawling on the ceiling. The room we were moved to smelled better but there was a wolf spider waiting for us. We wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Was perfect for my stay. Loved the full size fridge/freezer for my extended stay.

The front desk clerk was rude. They were very stingy with soap and shampoo

Our room was so musty I barely slept. The moldy and musty odor was so bad, we couldn’t wait to leave. It was disgusting. And the shower was moldy.

NEVER again! We had to change rooms twice. The first one, the door didn’t shut fully or lock. The second one smelled VERY strongly of ammonia, and there was a huge water/mold stain above the bed. The third room was tolerable

The stay wasn’t bad, but did have an issues on our last day, as we were getting ready to check out a roach came out of the microwave in our room.

We were pleasantly surprised overall. The nightly rate was lower than most of the other "name brand" hotels around it and the staff and accomodations were really nice.

I have reached the age and physical condition where I now have issues with balance and such. The toilet was so low to the floor that it was difficult for me. Also, the tub bottom was slippery and grab bar at least on the back wall would have saved me a lot of stress especially getting out, the tub wall was high.
