Room was spacey and comfortable. But the AC Didn't work !!! It was on but didn't cool at all

Friendly staff in terms of keeping luggage pre- post- staying, city tour information, calling taxi. Everything is perfect. No elevators with 2 floors only.

A small, privately owned hotel a 10/15 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. We arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our luggage & return later. Staff welcoming & friendly. The triple room was quite small but had a wheelchair accessible bathroom which we needed. All linens & towels excellent quality. The outside area was spotlessly clean & well kept. Very pleasant for a drink in the evening. A good continental breakfast (the same each day) with items freshly purchased & excellent value. Daniela (the day receptionist) was fabulous - friendly, professional & extremely helpful. Not the cheapest hotel in the area but we would definitely return if in Pisa. My only negatives would be: No tea/coffee facilities in the room - unusual these days - and the bathroom needs a small cupboard, table or shelf for personal items - we ended up using the windowsill which was not ideal. They have two partner restaurants, near the Tower, with a discount for hotel guests - we used one of them - La Lanterna - excellent food, good prices and great service. Thank you to all - we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Had an issue with our shower door and they instantly upgraded us. I would 100% stay here again if I find myself in Pisa again. Very quiet part of town and close enough to walk to everything.

Hotel and staff great

Location is perfect for sight seeing. Leaning tower is just ten minutes walk away. Most staff were friendly and welcolming. Room was quite basic and not at all fancy. At least they cleaned it well every morning. A limited range of food items for breakfast. Overall average.

Fantastic location for the city centre and all the famous sites. Parking on-site, bargain breakfast and lovely, helpful staff.

Great for a one night stop over. Garden was a great added bonus.

Location is excellent— just a five minute walk to Pisa’s most spectacular site. But beware the onsite parking; it is extremely tight, even for a small car.

Property was walking distance from Pisa San Rossore train station. Was also very close to the Tower and Piazza de Miracoles. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly and helped us out when my husband forgot his new sport coat in the closet. He called the hotel from the airport and they sent a taxi with the coat to meet us. Only downside is that the room was very small for the 4 of us.

I stayed at Hotel Soggiorno Athena for one night in preparation for my flight out of Pisa airport. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the leaning tower and most of downtown Pisa. The rooms are basic but clean and suited my needs for the night. The staff was helpful (thanks Alberto!).

clean and friendly within easy reach of Pisa town sites stations .Could walk ever where. Also only 20 mins from airport.

Nice and simple, and within ten minutes of the tower. Nice and friendly down to earth guys on the lobby. It’s not exceptionally fancy, but it’s comfy enough and clean with a standard continental breakfast. It was amusing to see a toilet in a cubicle with a shower and bidet all combined - not sure if that’s just an Italian thing or not! There was a bit of a drainy smell in the bathroom too. But overall absolutely fine. Very friendly guys in the lobby. Great for the price.
