I love the breakfast

My family of 5 definitely had a nice time at the hotel .I must say Mateo the guy taking the photos was awesome extremely excellent customer service and so welcoming from the day we met him.My family loved him .He was very informative and above all was one of the few people who spoke fluent English. Capturing those photos of us was a great addition.

The staff was very friendly. Your room cards had discrepancies. I hope this has been taken care of.

The staff at the Plaza Paitilla are friendly and helpful. Our room on the 14th floor had a great view of the city skyline and the bay area. There is a walking trail accessible nearby that will allow you to walk as far as you wish. If you plan to stay here, here are some things you should know ahead of time: The property is a little isolated. There aren't any dining options nearby. Although the hotel does serve breakfast, the only option for evening is a sports bar. There's really no place to just enjoy the scenery and have a great cocktail or listen to music. If you want a view of the ocean, this area of the bay only has water at high tide. The rest of the time, it's rocky and muddy.

I loved the fact that there was live entertainment and food at the restaurant at a reasonable price… and the food was awesome!! Drinks were refreshing!!! And the view from the room was amazing !!

This was our second stay in 5 years and we really enjoyed the location and being centrally located to everything in Panama City. Serice is great and the breakfast is good.

Had the seafood rice and it was exceptional, I’m back in my home country (Trinidad) and can’t stop thinking about it

We only stayed one night. It is a very pleasant hotel… clean, well staffed, and maintained. The breakfast brunch was a very nice surprise, very good and a lot of options. I would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Plaza Paitilla! The reviews pertaining to the food were spot on! Hands down the best hotel food I've eaten anywhere! The staff was polite and friendly with one always greeting me by name, which made me feel very special and why I will never forgive myself that I didn't leave him a tip because I didn't have cash on me! :( My only critique would be I didn't find the room as cleaned as I would have liked. There were finger prints on the bathroom door and it was clear that it hadn't been wiped down. There was also a large water stain on the window curtain which gave the room a icke feeling. Other then this my stay was great! I would stay again!
