The location was absolutely perfect! The room could defintely use some updating - especially the electrical plugs. However, any issues that we had were small, pretty cosmetic and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location again made all the issues small.

Like the apartment and the location was very adequate. My 2 negatives would be that there was very little room on the vanity for anything. The sink took up most of the space. The apartment was not on the ground level, but did face the street. Cars do drive on this street in the morning and the garbage truck is pretty loud. I would stay again. Great communication with the host, which I didn’t find with some of our other stays.

The worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with reception. The bathroom had no shampoo/body wash. And the blankets were paper thin. I asked for an extra blanket as there were two of us sleeping in separate rooms and couldn’t share them, and one person needed a second layer. The receptionist on the shift refused and kept berating me and eventually just ignored my message. The next day the cleaning staff brought us more blanket without us asking, after seeing one of the beds using a towel to keep warm. That means the hotel def can offer extra blankets, and someone else on shift was kind enough to oblige. But I had already caught a cold by then, which severely impacted the rest of my trip.

Excellent accomodation. Very well presented, spotlessly clean and large room and bathroom. Fabulous position in centre of Como. Communication from Juliet throughout was wonderful!

Close to train station and ferry terminal.

Good, pleasant location with what you need for a night in Como. Air conditioner worked great. A bit noisy but not too bad. We didn't use it, but nice to have a small kitchen. Bed was firm but we slept well. Some good coffee shops and a restaurant within walking distance.

Excellent room, great air conditioning. Please follow Juliet’s instructions regarding driving and parking. The hotel is in a pedestrian quarter and you need to have your vehicle license registered before entering. The host does that for you but you have to contact her in advance.

Not too easy for parking and overall process, but really nice place when you have time and you’re in vacation.

The proximity of the location to lake Cuomo is a positive of this apartment. If you are considering this property for your stay in, Como just be advised that it is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It is an apartment building that gives you the most truest experience as if you were a resident of the town. After an initial. To get yourself accustomed to this fact, you immediately feel that you will have become a “local“. It is also ideal that it is close to small market so that you are able to purchase groceries and take them back with you and restock your small fridge. I would definitely recommend it.

Apartment is in great location right in downtown Como. Kitchen is barely equipped but since we were eating outside anyways did not matter to us. The size is perfect for two adults or a family with two small kids. Parking is as everywhere in Italy a challenge. Since we stayed only two nights we left our car in a parking garage close by for about 30 a day. The people try has a courtyard not sure why we could not park there. Seems the property management owns a few apartments in that building. Overall we had a great stay !

Hotel was in good location and provided maps and activities to do while there. Communication with host was great with fast and easy replies. Only criticism is kitchen lacked some equipment if planning to cook such as a decent knife or a dishcloth would have been useful. Overall would recommend and would stay again

Excellent property! Beautiful rooms with Modern look and very safe private property. Management people are wonderful, they take care of your needs. Amazing costumer service. Walkable to beautiful lake with lots of food options!

Very nice location

Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!

All excellent apart from early morning wake up church bells but it is Italy

Getting to the 2d floor means 6 flights of stairs. Coming in after dark (8pm), only the 1st flight had an action-motivated light - I had to negotiate the other 5 flights in total darkness. Thank God I had cell phone power to light my way.
