Excelente hotel muy bien ubicación, impecables instalaciones y servicios. Solo tener presente que el sistema antisísmico del hotel, causa que ese se mueva con frecuencia debido al viento, este efecto para las personas que somos sensibles a eso es bastante incómodo y dificulta el descanso, en especial en pisos altos de ese hotel

Do not waste your money and time they no respect the customer move me to other hotel and then I must to leave the hotel without explanation, not have room sold available frustrating and lost time and money, Expedia do not sell this bad hotel is a trash.

This place has a lots of issues but one of the most noticeable one is how the building shakes the whole time. Very uncomfortable place. Manager said he would try to make up but never did anything

Over all the hotel is great! but they have some kind of issue with the water pump. I had 2 called the reception twice because the water was off in the room

El servicio es muy bueno, los empleados muy amables, especialmente en el restaurante Magda. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero limpias. La comida es deliciosa, 100%recomendada.
