Just keep putting charges through on your credit card when you’ve paid for the whole trip in advance on Expedia???? I left 2 days ago and they’ve put another unexplained charge through on my credit card having checked out and told everything was settled but c.$400 just charged. Nice hotel but not happy with their constant charging of my credit card, they have it on file and can take a hold at checkin and finalise bill and agree at end! Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to this and couldn’t recommend as a result!!

What a nice place to be in. Inspiring decor, great vide at the terrace and very comfortable beds. What more can you ask for? We really enjoyed our stay.

Another stay at our favorite NYC hotel! Highly recommend. Easy to walk to Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and close to subway stops as well. Such a beautiful hotel; and the staff is so kind.

The room was very nice and quiet. But the lobby was very busy and chaotic. The elevators rattled which was very unsettling.

Its all in the details! From the complimentary wine, the soft bed and pillows, tasteful decor, aromatic toiletries and beautiful bars with top notch cocktails this Hotel is definitely a gem! I would stay here over and over. It is very close to lots of sites and transportation is a breeze. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Stop looking, Book it now!

We splurged on the Deluxe 2 Queen Room -- it had more space for my wife and kids. The room was spacious, well-appointed and had 5-6 floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful place. The location was excellent.

We loved the roof top bar and the Jazz Bar downstairs. Great cocktails and lots of fun! Buzzy ambiance. The breakfast diner connected to the hotel was a bit disappointing - no ability to make coffee - and the limited food options could be improved upon- but there are a million places to eat in NYC and this hotel is in a Great Spot. The electrical outlets in our room were a bit old and finnicky too - but it is a historic old building so we just dealt with it. Overall, we Loved the hotel and our trip to NYC!

Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was nice and large. Location was central.

Very unique hotel and experience. Friendly staff and very clean. Kinda dark (lighting) but very fitting for the aesthetic of the hotel. Good vibes! Great coffee shop across the street. Hotel restaurant has great inlet tea and good staff. Hotel staff are very respectful and friendly and approachable. Will be back for my next stay.

Our room was huge for NY - we had 6 windows and a high stud. The room was very quiet and we had the most comfortable beds!! Great rooftop bar!

Hotel was great - we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary and it was lovely this was recognised by the hotel with our room being trimmed and little gifts. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and all very welcoming. Great location and loved the rooftop bar. We would definitely consider staying again on future trips to NYC. Nice room with large comfortable bed and great bathroom. The view wasn’t great but we hadn’t paid for a room with a view.

The fire alarm going off at 3:45am was unfortunate but the staff took care of us.
