Balcony, easy walking distance to all facilities

Room was the size of my walk-in closet. Wanted to cancel but the hotel didn’t have a refund policy. So basically I paid for a room that I didn’t stay in !

Good place to stay y Frankfurt. The only recomendación is that the address in the GPS shows the door of the hotel but in order to have access to the hotel you need to ring the bell or go to the back of the building.

hotel was in refurbishment. Room was cleaned every day but was so hot you couldn't sleep at night. The room is on the main street the traffic goes all night so it is very noisy. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Upon arrival we were told we only had one room reserved. I showed the front desk lady my 2 hotels.com reservations and she continued to angrily tell me I only had one room. There were 6 of us standing in front of her, all clearly demoralized and angry as her tone suggested the hotel was full. Finally I asked if she had other rooms or suggestions of other nearby hotels. "Of course we have other rooms" she says. Homicide was not far from my mind. As the new rooms were not setup for 3 people we had to ask for pillows 3 or 4 times. They did come the next day, but the first night we went without. It was also very hot, close to 40 degrees, one room had a fan, the other did not. Again, asked 3 or 4 times. They said one was coming, it never did, although magically the front desk had a fan on the second day which wasn't there when we checked in. Finally, if you are trying to find the front door, ignore the 2 on the main street that say Milbor. One even has a bell, which the receptionist said she heard, but she didn't answer. The way in is around the block in a small square. Aside from the moronic front desk, the rooms were spacious and clean, no complaints there. Lots of noise from the street, but if you can close the windows, they are solid and block it out.

My trouser and shirt was destroyed because they did not use dry cleaning. I claimed this when I checked out but I failed. I will claim again by E mail. Please help this.

Alles was ich brauchen sind da. Es ist nur so, dass die Steppdecke zu dünn ist für Winterzeit.

Wir waren zu Besuch in Bad Soden und benötigten nur eine Unterkunft ohne Frühstück. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral direkt am Bahnhof. Das Peis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Good value for money stay over hotel.

Mein Aufenthalt dauerte eine Nacht an. Dafür war es eine tolle, günstige Unterkunft bei der alles gepasst hat.

Mit Hund darf man zwar ins Hotel aber nicht zum Frühstück . Dies ist in anderen Hotels kein Problem. Daher Frühstück extern eingenommen. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Zimmer war extrem warm.

Diese Hotel kann man nicht empfehlen. Lt. Beschreibung soll ein Wasserkocher vorhanden sein. Fehlanzeige. Nach Reklamation wird einer gebracht. Tassen? Fehlanzeige. Wir haben dann Pappbecher gekauft.TV vorhanden aber defekt. Kopfkissen mit verklumpter Füllung. Matratze ausgelegen und zum Bettrand hin abfallend. Ständiger Lärm bis hin zu vibrierendem Kopfteil des Bettes durch Bewohner des Nachbarzimmers. Reklamation führte dazu dass uns angeboten wurde in ein anders Zimmer umzuziehen, nicht etwa den Lärm zu unterbinden. Fazit: Dieses Hotel nie wieder! Das war eine Zumutung.

Zwei Betten, gehen auseinander nachts , die Zigaretten Kippen auf der Metall Aussentreppe vor dem Fenster nicht Umwelt freundlich und nicht ansehnlich. Aber freundliches Personal und vorhandene Garagen, und wir kommen wieder...

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Upgrade auf Superiorzimmer, sehr nette Geste, tolles Rezeptions Teams

Wegen einem technischen Fehler wurde meine Buchung falsch bearbeitet. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat mir ein Upgrade im Konkurrenz Hotel verschafft und dabei alle Kosten übernommen!
