There was a used condom wrapper upstairs in the loft. I killed 1 cockroach, there is black mould everywhere.....they should shut this place down...contact the health authorities

Comfortable

Fantastic ocean-side compound with a pool, sunbathing balcony, bar, and restaurant. Property may be a bit rundown on the outside but is perfectly functional, especially for the price. Highly recommended!

Although the room itself was clean, the grounds were so unkempt, paths were covered in landscape debris stuff

The property was a little run down and a bit sketchy. Rooms were clean and very close to the ocean. Breakfast was amazing.

This one is a bittersweet review. The staff as amazing, helpful and professional. Their breakfast was really outstanding with variety of options and all fresh. Dining views are great as they face the water. Now, the bitter....place is outdated. Need landscaper and grounds need serios TLC. PLACE HAS POTENTIAL. Overall, place was good but its also much further from lisbon than it looks. As of today's date and if you'replanning on visiting Lisbon, do note, it is not close. To get to the Arch(main Plaza), its about 15-20 euros each way. Accessible by train but you'll have to walk at least 10 mins to take it. Again, place has it's strengths, but needs updating.

No wifi in the room and absolutely no empathy from the desk personnel to mitigate it. When I told her, she just said "Yea, we know there is no wifi, you must come to the reception to have wifi". Really annoying response.

Great views. Easy access to the train for going into Lisbon or other areas. Food was good and plentiful.

Bad hotel

Basic hotel.

This property is a bit old. The biggest advantage is location - close to the ocean.

Wonderful area with beautiful views. Love the access to the marina area. Need to enlarge showers and drainability of the shower. That is the only change needed. Make the shower drain!

Due to the old condition, the toilet drains smelled bad and the shower walls were covered in moss. The bathroom does not have enough shelves to hang clothes or place items. The sliding door of the wardrobe is broken and cannot be opened. In addition, there are many ants entering the house along the wardrobe by the window. After our family went swimming, there were no hangers or places to dry wet swimsuits. As a seaside resort hotel, this is very inconvenient for tourists. Not all receptionists are friendly and patient. Since bottled water was only provided on the first day of our stay and there were only two bottles for the three of us, I assumed it would be replenished every day, but of course not the next day. When I went to inquire on the third day, the staff refused to give my child another bottle. The attitude is very bad, I feel very bad. The only good thing is that our room faced the beautiful sea view without any obstruction. The hotel restaurant's dinner options were limited and not very tasty.

Bathroom in need of modernisation. No WIFI in Room. No Coffee making facility in room.

Didn’t like finding a live cockroach in the bedroom or the mouldy shower. The whole “hotel” is very dated and run down. It hasn’t kept up with the times. Children play area is defunct. It’s very basic. But it’s by the sea, vary nice footpath along the coast.
