Very convenient and quiete place.

Hotel didn’t have my reservation when I arrived. No room upgrade and the room didn’t have hot water. They also made me have service dog certification even though they claim to be pet friendly. It’s right beside the highway as well

Absolutely loved this stay! The location was ideal—close to all the must-see spots and easy to get around.

My trip was for business and front desk was very helpful. I needed to put together a proposal and they went above and beyond customer service. I will be back and will be my hotel of choice. Even though in my room I noticed it needed a bit updating. Overall it was great.

Well it is a very nice hotel. Pros- very clean, gentle reception employee, nice pool, great gym, huge and modern room, complimentary shuttle to "Multiplaza " mall, excellent ride, always on time. You might walk to find a close place like a mall. About 20 minutes away. Escazú Mall. Not bad, it's nice. Const- I reported the phone line no one came to repair it. In case if an emergency its so important in order to contact someone. This was the reason why I don't give 10/10. Thanks truly.

There are food option not to far away. the buffet breakfast if you are looking for no pork or beef or healthy options, it is not for you. We encounter cold water 3 nights contact the front desk over 4 times in regards. They were kind but still then there was hair in the bathroom and bed, was fixed happen two times after cleaning. The expectation of a Wyndham was not there. I believe the building use to be something that was turned into a hotel.

Very private esque situation rooms are fairly decent beds are super comfy nice cute little bar in lobby very nice big pool

Air conditioner was loud. Shower could drain bett, sink also.

The staff was very friendly and was able to assist with transportation and recommendations around San Jose.

Una propiedad extremadamente básica, aún la habitación “superior” es muy básica; el jacuzzi está dañado desde hace meses y aún no lo repararán de manera definitiva y el elevador hacia el gimnasio y piscina, baja pero NO sube.

I was sleepy in morning time, i put card dont distrub. some staff came and banging the door i open the door they said we r here to changing door lock for all this floor. I said are you serious u cant see the card do not distrub .

El staff fue muy amable, sin embargo el hotel no me agradó, los olores desde la entrada no son agradables, las alfombras de los pasillos lucen sucias, el olor de la habitación, desagradable, y muy ruidosa por el transporte pesado alrededor. No volvería.

Outdated room and hotel. AC was so loud itnwas hard to sleep. Mini bar fridge was missing. I paid for the larger room because the photos showed a work desk and sitting area but it was mostly empty..

Hotel was close to the CIME hospital. Staff was very good, but the facility was showing wear and tear.

Although the staff, food and premises were EXTREMELY nice and clean I kept experiencing issues with the room AC not cooling enough. Also CONSTANT key issues not being able to open doors or use elevators with it. Very frustrating to say the least. One of the main front 2 elevators was either not in service or only would go to Level 4 and Lobby.
