Very nice hotel to stay, beautiful area. Rooms are cleaned every day. You must have a car to stay in the area to get around. Special thanks to Viviana, Cosimo and Giuseppe for the great customer service and professionalism.

Great hotel. Pool area really nice. 10 minutes drive to nearby towns with restaurants if you want to get out but you're in the middle of a few so lots of options

This is a very nice hotel and exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and managers speak English .

This hotel is predominantly a wedding venue. We were staying for 3 nights and saw three weddings. The room was clean but basic. We had planned to sightsee in the morning and have a rest by the pool in the afternoon. However There was no water in the pool and no sun loungers to sit on , when we asked about this the receptionist said they were painting the pool, but no one had warned us about this,and there was no apology. The only other place to sit was a central courtyard but on one of the days this was being used for a wedding. While the photos of the hotel look amazing this was not the reality. The breakfast buffet was poor with not much choice.

We stayed for 3 nights when visiting Puglia. It was in a good location, convenient for lots of other towns and villages for days out and dinners. We spent most of our time by the pool which is excellent. Really quiet and nice views over the golf course. Rooms were spacious and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The only downside to the hotel was that it seemed to be a bit of wedding factory. In the 4 days we were there in September there was a wedding every day from 1pm. Although it didn't get in the way of what we wanted to do, it was a bit strange to be wandering through wedding guests when leaving the pool and we felt a bit in the way.

The hotel does not have porters or greeting staff. The mood of the staff is negative and they were rude with our kids. The shower sprayed the whole room and the TV was only Italian programming.

I arrived at the hotel went to my room & AC wasn't working properly. I was going out so I advised the front desk. Two hours later I returned went to my room stl not fixed. I told the front desk again. I went to pool. I went back to ny room & agsin it was not fixed. Also every time I called no one answered. That night I went to the restaurant & it was empty. I went to bar no bartender. It turned out the front desk associate was bartender, order taken. & waiter. Weird

Alojamiento maravilloso. El chico joven de recepción de gafas, ejemplar. Muy recomendable siempre que quieras desconectar y sitio muy tranquilo. Alejado de todo, se necesita coche. El sitio espectacular todo, habitaciones suite enorme, personal encantador, piscinas guapísimas y todo muy limpio y no le falta detalle. Decoración de 10. Estancia genial

Posizione strategica per il silenzio notturno, ma se non hai un mezzo non vai da nessuna parte. Hanno una navetta interna che sicuramente coccolerà il cliente. Su tutto il resto niente da dire.. Noi avevamo una carriera superior sempre pulita, spaziosa, con vista mare/campo da golf. La struttura è enorme e ben curata!

Hôtel qui mérite un 3 étoiles. Rideaux de chambre qui ne sont pas opaques, le pain du petit dej industriel. Personnel pas agréable. Nettoyage de la piscine dans l après midi.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit zwei verschiedenen Pools. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Enttäuschend ist das Frühstück: Kein 4*-Standard: günstiges Fleisch, kein frisches Brot - nur Aufbacksachen. In der Vorsaison leider viele Reisegruppen, die bis 9.00 Uhr das Buffet belagern. Entsprechend laut. Schade, kann man nicht draussen frühstücken. Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, aber dafür rasch in Orten mit vielen Restaurants.

Hotel incredibile sia visto da fuori che quando si entra nella hall. Buona la colazione e personale gentile. Camera da rivedere in stile anni ‘70

Un magnifique lieu d hébergement mais qui axe ses services sur l’événementiel et du coup oublie les touristes. 4 mariages en 4 jours tout le personnel y est dédié de fait des saletés laissés par des touristes (serviettes de bain, verres, bouteilles, seau à champagne, cendriers pleins, crackers,..) ont trainé 4 jours au bord de la piscine. Avec un coup de vent les verres se sont cassés de fait pleins de morceaux il a fallu demander le balayage… côté petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du prix payé très léger… beaucoup de sucre et peu de diversité de fromage ou plats salés. Une déception aussi de cette prestation. le personnel très sympathique, et serviable lors des demandes mais pas assez nombreux. Pas de réels salons, les produits sont très limités à la disposition des clients… nous avons vu beaucoup mieux dans des 4 étoiles même 3 dans d’autres endroits .cote repas nous n’avons pas pris sur place, pas d’affichage 40 euros sans les boissons pour ne pas connaître le menu apparemment limité Bref un bel endroit mais l’hôtel devrait faire un choix entre touristes et autres prestations

Immense hôtel, grande chambre, grandes piscines. Petit déjeuner moyen pour le standing ! Personnel sympa et disponibles Bruit de la route à la piscine du bas

Très bon hôtel si chambre supérieure. Très moyen en chambre standard. Nous avons testé les deux. Très surpris d’avoir dû payer l’intégralité du séjour au check in !

L’endroit est simplement magnifique! Aucun défaut vraiment Tout est beau la bas L’hôtel,la chambre tout! Chambre spacieuse et très confortable Personnel accueillant et très sympa! Un spécialement mais j’ai pas son prenom à l’accueil Je recommande sans hésiter!
