Very friendly and efficient staff, franchised Bishop's Arms pub attached is a really nice touch and quite authentic. The food is very good and not overpriced. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. I have stayed here a few times now on business and have always been impressed by this hotel.

Excellent stay. Very clean, comfortable, great breakfast and the view from the top floor sauna is a wonderful way to end the day.

We booked the sea-view room and it was excellent! Lovely views from the window. The hotel was otherwise very comfortable, with good breakfast. The associated Bishop's Arms was also fine, though the staff seemed inexperienced.

Completely overrated hotel for being 4 stars. Difficult to get parking and if you get it it is super expensive. Poorly sound-proofed rooms. Very simple breakfast and they even take away stuff before the actual closing hour. For all those 150ish rooms you only have two tiny elevators so you spend a good time waiting every time you need to use them. The only good thing is the view in case you booked a room with seaside view. Totally not worth it.

Small and crowded reception and breakfast restaurant. Dinner at hotel restaurant was not possible since it was fully booked - mainly by non-guests. Decent rooms and service but not what is expected from a 4 star.

Great hotel

The hotel is not well suited if you are concerned about covid. 14 floor and two small elevators. Staff not wearing masks. Guests help themselves at breakfast buffet = 100:s of people touch the same serving utensils.

Beautiful view from rooms and dining area of the waterfront. Just on the edge of downtown with a quick walk to many places.

We really liked the room and the view of the Sea from 11th floor is marvelous. Restaurant had good service and a very good breakfast. Only we were not impressed with the non-working parking-app / system. It should be offered to guests on check-in that Parking payments can be done via the hotel immediately.
