Absolutely charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. Incredible view!

The room with the canal view is amazing, main highlight from the stay. The room was big and the bathroom was clean. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive during our stay.

It would have been worth upgrading to a canal view room as my room faced the Main Street which was very noisy. There is no lift and very narrow stairs make heavy suitcases difficult. There is no aircon so my room was very hot.

We enjoyed a beautiful view of the canal. Our room was spacious for 3 people and the bathroom was quite large. We didn't mind walking up the stairs. The staff were amazing and always available to help us. The lounge offered drinks and snacks from 4-6 that made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was an excellent stay for the week I was there. Staff was friendly, room was always cleaned and prepared after a long day. Near the metro and tram stops which was very helpful and things to do around the hotel was walking distance!

The Wi-Fi in the room we were in did not work very well at all to the point it was not usable that was in room 110. The price point we thought was quite exorbent for the hotel room and the breakfast option. It should be noted about the stairs if anybody has a mobility problem it would be an issue for them to get up to the floors they could be worded better in the description of the hotel of how steep they are.

We loved everything about this property, including the 62 steps up to our room. The property was quaint and historical. It was so charming and absolutely beautiful. Everything was walkable or easily accessible via the nearby train station.

We loved our canal view terrace, and the outdoor seating. Definitely worth the upgrade. The staff was very helpful with area tips and solving our charger problem. Would stay here again.

It's in a traditional Amsterdam building, so it's tall and thin with steep stairs. The staff were able to get us the ground floor room we needed and were kind throughout. There is a nice view of the canal from the terrace at the back. Staff were helpful. Area is really good for trams and walkable to the Van Gogh museum

Our room was at the very top of the stairs. Three flights up and down. Managing a suitcase was treacherous. It was not mentioned until almost check in. The area was good

Everything was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and amazing tub. Just the neighbors are too loud and wakes us up in the middle of the night.
