We checked in late due to delayed flights, but by prior arrangement the keys to the unit were left inside. Had a surprise when we discovered electric blankets had been turned on for us that cool evening. Certainly worth a return visit if we were in Christchurch

It is close to the centre, up graded and the room was very spacious with spa which was great for a cold day

Home away from home. Close to the city for punting on the Avon and also close to the city tram. As well as casino and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Good roomy and comfortable hotel. A bit of a walk to the centre of town but close to restaurants and some key sights.

On booking confirmation.it was noted that a king bed had been confirmed so we contacted the motel two weeks prior to arrival to request a change to twin beds. This was confirmed albeit seemed to be done grudgingly. When we arrived early, they were happy to store our bags. When we came back later in the day,we were not particularly warmly welcomed. They were not helpful with bus services or means of transport to airport or railway station. The room was spacious however a large sofa did dominate the area where the outside patio was accessed. Although the water pressure was wonderful, the shower box was made smaller due to shelving on one wall. Our last service did not replace condiments or toilet paper or the face flannels. The TV service was appreciated. The room was clean and tidy and within walking distance of central city.
