Amazing

Though you pay for AI a lot of the drinks, whisky, brandy etc are payable, whereas in the newer nearby 5* AI hotels its all included. Staff are wonderful though

Jiva is always a good choice for us to drive over for a few days break. The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is really good with loads of choice. We'll be back again, without a doubt 😊

Pool areas tiny, fights for sun beds each day and no room in pools. Slides also disappointing if your children are over 8. Sun beds were comfortable but bin/table and beds not cleaned well, often left dirty and unswept from previous day.

Really enjoyed the food at both the buffet and the a la carte restaurants (the turkish restaurant was my favourite). Good pools, slides were fun, I found the foam at the pool party stung my eyes, but otherwise was good fun. Beach bar at sunset was the best, with music playing and a chilled vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jiva.

Staff are brilliantly helpful, rooms are very clean and comfortable, food choice and quality is awsome, walking along the sea front to Calis and Fethiye excellent, water taxi and public transport is excellent. A great place to be.

Location and staff are great. 2nd time in hotel since 10 years ago and hotel still very nice.

What a lovely Hotel, Spotlessly clean, super service, fantastic food, with a great variety every day. We went before Easter so was very quiet to start with and plenty of sun beds, and teh sun beds on teh beach are really good too. They are just finishing a new beach bar, so no need to go back to hotel for drinks etc.

Getting my bags taken to the room and a guide of thebjotel although I didn't ask for it! The food is amazing. The room is clean amd spacious. The spa is modern, clean woth fab massage!

Been all over Turkey to all inclusive resorts and this one is the best so far.

Best entertainment in a resort

We loved the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was immaculate. The beach was lovely and the facilities were more than we hoped

Nice but average rooms. Pools and beach excellent. Great menu’s with delicious items plus ala carte restaurants. Great vegetations and landscaping and nightly entertainment for children then adults.

Great place, great staff!

What a great place to spend your vacation. All staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Samira from the front desk and ladies from the beauty salon. Food was amazing, fresh, a lot of variety and tasty. Rooms were spacious and clean. Resort located right on the beach. Planty of things to do on the resort. There are two pools one with big water slides. They have a night club, several bars across the property. Gorgeous views from the beach and some of the rooms. I would definitely like to be back to this beautiful place. Thank you 😊

Couldn't fault the place. Service, food, location was all perfect for my needs. The drinks on the all inclusive were premium and if not, just ask. Nothing is too much trouble and definitely up there in my top 10 ever hotels. The guys in the outside pool bars deserve special mention. Great cocktails, talkative and attentive when you need refilling! Good job Jiva.

Do yourself a favour and just book this resort. If you regret it contact me and I’d personally give you a refund. This place was INCREDIBLE! I can’t fault anything. I don’t understand how anyone could have any bad reviews about this place. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week. Food&drink was amazing can’t fault anything so much variation and such good quality. Staff were exceptional! Me and my gf especially loved the entertainment team. Captain, little chicken and the guy with long hair (we forgot his name! Maybe Kevin?) all made our stay special. Accommodation, service, facilities all top notch! I could go on for hours about how good this place is. I will be back to Jiva for sure!
