Location is great, right in the city center. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. As moslem we eat omelet and vegan poo for breakfast. Restaurant seat is limited because the space is not big so we have to wait other guest to finish to get our seat

The staff was very friendly, especially the bellboy. The hotel was located in Old Quarter, so it was very convenient to walking around. if you like to further explore Sa Pa or Ha Long Bay, there were plenty of tour available.

I visited Classy on a rainy holiday, the staff were very helpful. Delicious breakfast, delicious coffee. I had 2 days here more pleasant than ever ☺️

My first experience was terrible: the toilet area on the G floor was terrible, dirtier than a public toilet, toilet paper and sanitary napkins were scattered around the sink, the toilet was clogged and smelled very bad Breakfast was not delicious, not diverse

The hotel is right in the center, quite convenient for traveling. Friendly staff, I couldn't get home in time and was allowed to check out a little late. One point is that the room is a bit small.
