The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic and easy to go anywhere.

We stayed for 7 nights and all went well. Hotel is in a good location. Front line staffs are friendly and very helpful to our questions and needs. Breakfast is also good, as well as the staffs. Other thing we like is the free flow water, tea, coffee at the lobby, which we can enjoy anytime 😊. Overall, this is the best 3 star hotel we have ever been to!

The hotel is awesome, small. But its new york we understand that, location very good, closed to everything, near bagel near tacobell, minimarket, mcdonald, macys, etc. The front desk is very helpful, very nice, we also get to check early. They help us, since we are with kids, it would be tiring if we checking in at 4. Thank you I had a pleasant stay.

Room was actually quite spacious than I had imagine, food was great, location was great. The staff is very friendly
