The staff are very accommodating. Even though they we're not very good at speaking in English, they still try to understand our requests. They even had to go the extra mile of giving us a comforter as a substitute for extra bed. Room is very spacious and very budget-friendly. They're very warm and friendly. 10/10 would recommend this place. :)
