Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient for shopping or dining. I also used the on site rec/gym room and found the equipment clean and useful.

It was my 1st time in Panama and the Marriott Panama Hotel provided a very convenient experience for shopping and recreation. My experience wasn't without some cons though, I got locked out of my room twice due to a faulty locking mechanism but the staff swiftly sorted that issue out. The other con in my opinion, was that the breakfast options were very limited even though it was buffet style, I practically had identical options for the 4 nights I stayed at the the hotel. Overall the experience was very good with friendly staff and a clean property. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Panama for the 1st time.

Our family vacation was well spent, staff was polite and accommodatimg, food was excellent, rooms we clean and always made up by staff. Beds were very comfortable. We got a bit of a paint and gypsum paste odour in the corridor to our room, from repair works taking place in other rooms but the place was always clean

The hot water in the shower doesn't work well, and the toilet flushing knob wasn't working properly.

The location was excellent as it provided the convenience of getting around and adjoined to a mega shopping mall. The service was also excellent. Everyone was courteous and friendly and provided quick and efficient housekeeping service as requested. Finally the breakfast was very savoring with multiple choices.
