Great place to stay!

Very welcoming Son and Mother host, amazing view , fantastic facility and extremely clean, all round great place to stay. I would strongly recommend staying here if you come to Sitia

A wonderful hotel. Great staff. The location and grounds are lovely. Pools are so perfectly maintained with plenty of sun chairs. We used the fitness center, which you can reserve. It has everything you need for a good workout. Seafront restaurants are a short walk away. The Cretan House was our favorite. Right on the harbor with impressive food. Also liked the easy parking. If you drive in Crete you know what that means. Our 4 night stay was a highlight of our 6 week trip around Crete. Highly recommend.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro di Sitia. Camere pulite ma con il bagno un po’ piccolo. Colazione nella media. Per un 5 stelle mi aspetto qualcosa di più.

The food was pretty bad

Great staff and awesome breakfast buffet. Location is great. The hotel room is a bit dated, but other than that it was good!

A very nice stay in a charming location. Sitia has an excellent beach and a bustling waterfront just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is good and the staff are extremely obliging.

This was an excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Spa offered luxurious and relaxing treatments which added to my overall holiday experience. I would recommend it to anybody looking for special Greek destination.

The facilities were nice, older but clean. The food was very good so many choices and staff was exceptional

Great location, friendly staff, very nice hotel. Three tho gs that could be improved. - workout machines in the gym are way outdated for a 5 star hotel - seems that the floors in the rooms do not get sweeped very often. There are piles of dust and dirt, especially in the corners - very difficult for vegetarians to find enough to eat at the buffet besides just same salads every day.

There were some mosquitos in the room. Have some itchy bites today. My husband could barely fit in the shower. Property is beautiful and very few signs there was just a 6.3 earthquake there. East access to the beach with free sunbeds. Nice beach for swimming.

Great service, great food, great location

Great location near the bars and restaurant of the city centre. Bathroom was quite small - bed was comfortable - the breakfast had plenty of options but the quality was disappointing. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we preferred exploring a new place each day and had dinners in town. It’s a decent hotel but not the 4 stars standard you’d expect in Paris or London.

Basic room. No shampoo or room luxuries. Have to pay for bottled water. Balcony was dirty. Buffet dinner was ok, nothing special to eat. Desserts taken by youngsters and not replenished. By 8.30 all being cleared away by noisy staff. More like 3 star. Woken early by noisy dog kennels nearby.

Great, great food and warm and friendly service. This is the main hotel in town and is well located across from the beach

Five star resort, excellent. Right at the beach. Strongly recommend.
