Exceptionally helpful and professional staff that really make you feel like a valued guest. The traditional Taisho style room was suite the experience, like stepping into a nostalgic dream every evening.

Fantastic old school property in great location. All the amenities. Pillows could be softer but everything else is absolutely wonderful.

The Team of the Hotel is amazing, on top..for the rainy days and Kanazawa is the City with most rain in Japan the Hotel offers an ˋOnsenˋ and a Sauna… and it is perfectly located.

Really a nice hotel which has been around for 35 years. Still impeccable service and good value. One of the best reasonable hotels in Kanazawa.

The location was particularly excellent for our interests. Staff was great. Nice breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, our room was located such that some of the early morning food operations caused noise in the room.

The Kanazawa Hakuchoro Hotel Sanraku is a beautifully kept historic hotel with elegant Taisho-era interior accents and style. It is centrally located in Kanazawa and many major attractions are within walking distance. The natural onsen is especially wonderful for taking a soak in the evening or morning. The staff is kind, friendly and very accommodating.

We loved this hotel. It’s a perfect location and a beautiful property. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff was always most courteous and helpful. We chose the Eco-friendly cleaning and were given bonus money to spend in the gift shop or bar. I would highly recommend this to any traveler to Kanazawa.

This hotel has an absolutely spectacular breakfast buffet with Japanese and western options, including great fish options. The hot spring is wonderful. Staff very helpful with restaurant reservations. My only complaint is that the grooms are kept at about 72 degrees. Too hot to sleep well

Staff were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety. We really enjoyed the Kanazawa specialties which were all piping hot and brought out in small batches constantly. Onsen was great. Will stay there again.

Very close to train station and to old town and restaurants. Great for short stay. Comfortable. Good breakfast.

Location is excellent for sightseeing and shopping

ロケーションが金沢城すぐそばという事で選んだのですが、サービス、食事、温泉、建物、全て素晴らしいホテルでした。ロビーはレトロな雰囲気があり、隣のカフェの綺麗なステンドグラスと相まって良かったです。スタッフの皆さんのサービスや挨拶も丁寧。また駐車場が地下にあるためアクセスが良く、暑くないのがナイスでした。楽しく快適な金沢観光になりました。

Great location for walking to Chaya district, the castle and the big garden. The baths were lovely and the breakfast was great!

Great hotel. The location was perfect for our stay in Kanazawa. It was right next to the Kanazawa castle park and the main Kenrokuen gardens, both of which were must see places! It was also a short walk to the Omicho Fish market, which was probably the best market we visited in all of Japan, and one of our favorite places to eat. The room was comfortable and clean. Typical of what you’ll find there. The beds are a bit hard but that is consistent across all of Japan.
