Clean and beautiful

Enjoyed the room, courteous staff and good breakfast!

We stayed at Tierra Viva Cusco Centro for our first two nights. My friend got altitude sickness, and the hotel kindly brought an oxygen tank to our room free of charge. They also helped transfer our luggage to Tierra Viva San Blas while we went to Machu Picchu. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, excellent service, and great value.

Our stay was lovely, central location. Clean rooms and the overall hotel, the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a central location and can be noisy. We really enjoyed it all!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here, it is very convenient to walking around the better areas of Cusco.

The property is central located and walking distance from many Cusco attractions, Restaurants and shops.

The hotel’s staff were polite and helpful. Room was okay and they even provided a few bottles of soda and beer (complimentary) in our room. Breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient. Overall it was a good experience.

Make sure you never stay in room 210. It's right above the kitchen and the start banging pans at 5:30 am. I had been traveling for the previous 20 hours and needed sleep. I talked to the from desk and there employees are not empowered from leadership to do anything other than saying sorry.

The room was clean and well situated. Breakfast was very good quality and the staff was always pleasant and willing to help with any requests. Between my two stays (I was gone 4 days for the Inca Trail), the staff kept my luggage safe on their location and I found it waiting in my room when I returned. Everything was top notch. I was at Tierra Viva 14 years ago when I first went to Peru and it was my first choice returning this year. I do not regret that choice and would make it again in a heartbeat if I returned.
