When we arrived at the narrow road, the receptionist was confused. When we checked in for a family room with 4 rooms, they said there were no more rooms and transferred our family to 2 different hotels with 2 rooms each. When we drove 2 cars to ask the receptionist, they said we could park anywhere because the hotel didn't have a parking lot. Our family did not agree and are waiting for a refund but have not received any response.

The hotel is nice but the staff are not very enthusiastic. Bao 24/24 reception but when guests are late, the attitude is uncomfortable. Do not ask the customer. When booking requested double bed but still is 2 single beds put together. The meal is not attractive. The hotel is so beautiful.
