Nice and renovated hotel. Priced 3x times higher than near by apartment rentals. Breakfast is very good! Pool is original and big.

Nice hotel but being a business trip didn’t get to use the spa there’s also a casino. The room was very nice spacious and clean

Communist hotel service at its best - poor breakfast, omelette is charged. At 10:30 they would switch off the ambient music at breakfast so you can leave faster. At 12:00 sharp a housekeeping barged in my room unannounced. Rooms have no security bolts or other means of locking them from the inside

Very nice class of hotel. Found the hotel staff unhelpful, both in reception and resturant. I asked for map of the area for local attractions, the staff were unwilling to provide one. I asked for assistance during breakfast, I was ignored. I was told not to drink tap water, the hotel provided no complimentary water in the room. Not what would expect for a 4star hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Burgas a few minutes from bus station. Short walk to sea park. Great staff and fabulous breakfast.

I enjoyed my full week time there.

Perfect from start to finish. A modern, clean hotel with every facility you could need. Check in was quick & efficient, the lifts worked perfectly. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, the bathroom had a large walk in shower, water was lovely and hot and although we didn't use them, bath robes and slippers were provided. The towels were fluffy and soft. Tea & coffee provided free of charge and a well stocked mini bar (chargeable) The TV had a wide variety of channels and also provided information on all the facilities in the hotel. Hotel Bulgaria is perfectly situated for shops, bars and restaurants which are all within easy walking distance. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with every option you could ask for. The dining room is large and spacious and beautifully decorated and the staff are very attentive. Our only small 'niggle' was car parking spaces, we were very lucky and managed to get a space at the front of the hotel but friends had to park on the street nearby and pay for their stay. All in all though, an excellent hotel and more than worthy of it's 4 star rating! Would we stay again? Most definitely - we'll be back!
