Nice hotel, modern, clean & tidy. Car parking right under property and reasonably priced. Good location, right in the centre. Room not huge, but perfectly adequate for us

The location is outstanding. In front of a shopping center and a tram stop and two to three blocks away from the historic center with the cathedral. The room was comfy, we slept like a rock. And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Take the breakfast option if it’s available. It’s the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a while. If we go back to Clermont-Ferrand this is where we’re staying.

Very friendly and responsive staff. I had a problem with the temperature of the hot water. They had it fixed the next day. Breakfast is expensive but a typical French breakfast is readily available at several places nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was really nice, hotel is located in the center of Clermont Ferrand, there is no restaurant in the Hotel but there are many dining options and shops close to it. The breakfast buffet was really good with fresh food, fruits, bread etc...

Perfect location and parking in a public car park directly below.. great easy directions to the parking supplied by the hotel. Lovely staff. Great stay!

This was our first experience staying at a Mercure property! It was a delight! We will definately be staying again and again at this line of hotels.

The hotel was quite enjoyable and clean. We stayed one night and we would come back again.

Nice sized rooms with a comfortable bed. The shower was a bit wild with no guard for the back where the water was splashing out the side. The gym was quite small, but I was happy to have one.

Best place to stay in Clermont Ferrand. It's located right at the center of the town in Jaude, restaurants, shops are easily accessible by walk.

Go to the Car park first, save yourself the stress of going the centre 3 or 5 times. Reception , once we got in was friendly. Decided to eat in the bar, the barman was dreadful, so slow .. it took 15 minutes to get our drinks , only 2 other couples on there, he was sullen and scruffy.. not 4 star service

It's in the very central location close to all attractions

Staff and service were outstanding, parking very convenient and reasonably priced. Room was great except for a heavy perfume smell that took a very long time to dissipate

What you'd expect from a Mercure - excellent cleanliness, staff could not have been more helpful. Located in central Clermont- Ferrand, short walk to old town and cathedral, just across Jaude square. Parking in public carpark under the hotel, access from carpark into hotel. Cost €12 for 24 hours. Breakfast choices outstanding, hot, cold, pastries, crepes, etc. Would return.
