If you’re ever in desperate need to sleep in a hole… this is the place to go.

Overall a decent hotel. The place felt clean and looked as expected from the pictures. The hotel was noisy at the beginning of the night but not enough to keep you from sleeping. Early morning risers and staff were a rude awakening in the mornings. Housekeeping was excellent! However, the restaurant on sight was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life: the atmosphere of the restaurant was off putting and had an unsettling vibe. There was a woman just watching a tv at an uncomfortable volume for a restaurant while guests were trying to eat. The tables around me all got their food, took one look at it let alone a bite before not touching it at all before the rude waiter came back to get the full plate. The beef pasta I had was something chef boyardee himself canned and threw in the microwave, so edible. My wife’s Carbonera pasta was unedible. When I tell you this was the most disgusting dish I’ve ever tasted let alone look at I was appalled. It was greasy (if you know anything about this dish it should not be greasy in the slightest) and it had a dish soap taste to it behind the undercooked pasta and cheap wine. To top it all off, these two dingy dishes and a bottle of water cost €40. Talk about hateful. Italy was supposed to be the pasta central of the world, tell me how this was the worst pasta I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve eaten my mother in laws cooking.

One star is kind. The property itself was rundown, they acted like opening the gate for guests (who are exploring the city they’ve spent thousands to come to) at night is an inconvenience to them. The rooms are alright, bathroom is dated and shower was just too tiny and felt unclean. The “breakfast buffet” is a bunch of stale pastries RIDDLED with fruit flies, it makes you feel sick to look at. Staff is rude and uninviting and did not want to do their jobs. Impossible to get transport (this is no fault of the hotel) as taxis don’t want to come to Frascati as it’s out of Rome. Genuinely disappointed as I thought this place would be an Italian classic and charming location, it’s not.

The staff was extremely helpful the hotel was a beautiful building and they made you feel at home.

What a great find. Flew into Rome’s domestic airport and needed a place close by as late evening. Beautiful surrounding gardens. Dinner was just what we wanted - pasta. Has a bar and inside/outside seating. Room was spacious with AC. Breakfast was adequate - cereals, bread, juices - made us both a pot of tea. Cannot fault this hotel and staff. Reasonable distance from Rome central - appeared to be rail & bus services. Plus is used for conferences and wedding. Can see why. Stunning short stay.

Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, donde puedes descansar muy cómodamente. El personal muy atento. El cuarto muy limpio y amplio.

Struttura da altissime potenzialità ma non curata. Il caos regna sovrano ovunque, infiniti oggetti di ogni tipo sparsi qua e là. La colazione veramente molto scarsa con dei resti di torte presentati malissimo, i resti della cioccolata dell’uovo di Pasqua presentata ancora a Maggio. Stanze senza insonorizzazione, il vicino di camera ha fatto la doccia alle 5:30 e si sentiva tutto.

La prima notte odore sgradevole in bagno, poi sistemato. Un buon ristorante comodo con dei menu in linea con il livello del l'hotel, il personale molto cortese che crea un atmosfera familiare.

Muy lejos de la ciudad.

Personale accogliente e disponibile. Struttura immersa nel verde con ampio parcheggio. Ottima soluzione per chi intende visitare Roma spostandosi con la propria auto.

Struttura gradevole e abbastanza curata. Un po' scomoda per il centro, costringendoti a prendere sempre la macchina

Bell'hotel appena fuori Frascati e vicino a Roma. Parcheggio interno gratuito, ma attenzione ad un paio di posti dove una bordura di pietra è più alta ed ha rovinato un po' il fondo della mia auto (non suv). Camera spaziosa e pulita, Bagno dotato del necessario kit. Colazione solamente dolce con buona scelta di prodotti.

Struttura potenzialmente accogliente ma un po' datata e trascurata. Presenze di crepe sui muri delle scale e persistente odore di fognatura. Il personale ci ha accolto senza indossare la mascherina e spesso ne era sprovvisto durante tutto il soggiorno. La stanza assegnata non preparata per la ricezione: calda e con il condizionatore spento. Varie impronte sulle pareti, polvere un po' ovunque e 2 bottigliette vuote abbandonate sull'armadio impolverato. Personale gentile e cordiale ma la conduzione di stile familiare si è dimostrata poco professionale nonostante la buona volontà.

Buon rapporto qualita prezzo, traffico automobilistico udibile in camera.... colazione migliorabile.
