They need to change the carpet

The location was very good and the staff very nice but the breakfast was not good and the bed was uncomfortable.

The area was great but the staff service was subpar. Also there was a day where the WiFi was not working and I relied on WiFi so that was a major let down .plus the gym facility was horribly old, small and out of date. It made more sense to work out at the public parks nearby

The 2 beds in the room had some crumbs over them and the blanket had the smell of some previous guest. There are lots of noise from the street so I tried to turn on air conditioning to produce a white noise but it was very weak and silent. Maybe for a one night stay it would not be too bad but I don’t recommend for a long stay.

Bem localizado. As roupas de cama com cheiro de usada. Desagradável. Cartão para acessar elevador não funciona. Precisei de um computador para trabalhar. Não tem business center. Procurarei outro da próxima vez.

Comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff

The staff was amazing!

Very run down. TV didn't work. Cold water in bathroom sprayed all over. And check-in .... an hours wait for a room, and we were there 1 hour after check-in time.

Very friendly staff. Room and bathroom in fair condition. Bathroom needs update.

excellent value hotel in great neighborhood. The suite was spacious and fairly well appointed, clean and in decent shape. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The plumbing could use to be upgraded and the breakfast while presentable, was nothing to rave about. We would stay here again.

El hotel esta en una muy buena ubicación, tiene restaurantes buenos muy cercanos. El wifi fue muy estable para mis reuniones virtuales. Todo funcionaba correctamente. Es un poco antiguo y valdra la pena una remodelacion, se escucha bastante los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas

i loved all the pics from the hotel before staying, but the rooms are very very simple. The hall of the hotel is awesome, but the rest needs remodelling for sure. The restaurant looked awesome in the pics, but had no clients, it looked dark and dingy, they did not have a wine menu ( because of pandemics). Staff from the hotel are really nice, but unfortunately the rest is old and ugly.
