Comfortable room, nice and quiet. Clean room and bathroom. Good service. Enjoyed my stay

Was surprisingly shocked at my stay hit a great deal on the room visiting my daughter in London will be booking here again near to everything I needed to get too extremely clean comfy beds and modernized looked like it had just been done out fresh paint right next door to McDonald luckily I could park at my daughters and walk 15 mins as I couldn’t find any parking

No toilet in room even though there was a shower. And WiFi didn’t reach rooms.

I loved how we didn’t run into any staff or other people staying the whole time. I hate people. I love how there was a McDonald’s next door. I love McDonald’s.

The room was pristine and very comfortable for a single. Just be aware, while it is ensuite for a shower, the toilet is a shared toilet down the hall.

Overall decent value for the cost, although be warned that rooms without AC and with just a very small fan the rooms (especially mine on the top floor) get extremely hot in summer. Also the fire alarm went off at 3am one day in my room and the front desk were not very apologetic.

My fault for not realising there was only a shower and sink in the basic single room. Should have known the price was too good for the location! Bed was also not very comfortable, but everything was clean and service was great.

The room was very small and felt very cramped and not worth what we paid

The room hasn't any AC (Its lack of air). The shower is cheap and poor ( low flow), difficult to move shower to direct on your head and body. To open the windows-its another challenge, you have to use stick. And there is no lift in the hotel-shame!!! Overall - its not worth the money paid!!! I won't recommend this hotel to my friends!

Easy check in, recently renovated/decorated room which was totally spotless, shower products and tea/coffee facilities included. Only downside is no AC so room was quite warm.

The room was clean and tidy, the radiator in the bathroom wouldn't turn off. So it was boiling hot.

Good area to access Transport.. Ease to check-in. Clean hotel & looked newly decorated. A Single room has toilet facility in adjacent corridor but a shower was in the room.

For a budget hotel this was by far the best I have stayed in. It appeared newly refurbished and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and the shower worked well . On a direct bus route from Waterloo Station as well.

The receptionist was lovely, we booked two rooms both had brand new bathrooms and the rooms were modern and clean. The hotel location is easily walkable to the US embassy and Battersea is not much further which is a lovely area. Great value for money, very convenient, we would definitely stay here again
