All very good

We something two days here and it was pretty nice. Rooms were nice, breakfast had a variety of options even for vegetarian.

The best hotel

The staff were friendly and efficient however, for my preference I didn't find the breakfast options very healthy.

The hotel is have an excellent service. You know we all have a good location as well too close to shopping centers and other things. The stuff in the hotel are very friendly. The breakfast area is really good on it. The food is excellent. The rooms are very clean and spacey. You know we’re always a good service especially the staff of the hotel. They’re already welcome in

Breakfast was ok, very small and uncomfortable to serve

The buffet breakfast was good. I liked the fact that no sugar was added to the juices. The fruit choices were ok for me as well.

Good hotel good location with parking

The place was great

The staff was nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a plate of fruit waiting for us which was really nice. The breakfast was delicious too! The taxi and tour group in the lobby was super helpful and took us to the airport and Casco Viejo.

Great hotel kind staff clean room

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. The ok overall property was pretty nice

The staff was excellent and some were bilingual so they were helpful and attentive. The housekeeping staff was also excellent. This occasion was our Anniversary and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home even before our arrival. The only downside I could think of was since my room was prepaid for they could have at least given me an early check in because I confirmed my check in the day before my arrival but otherwise we had a great time. Thanks Novotel Panama.

Hotel was great! The service, comfort, cleanliness and food, especially the breakfast was great. Great value for the money spent.
