A lovely property. Everything fresh and clean from the bedding to the bathroom and towels. Delicious breakfast. Una and Morton were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble from serving tea and cake when we arrived to supplying me with toothpaste when I found i hadn't packed mine! Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Una was the best hostess. Very welcoming and made sure we settled in nicely. The room was very roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was brilliant. Would highly recommend this B+B . Ps.. the best toilet paper ever.. It's the little things. 😄

Charming B&B in the quant village of Mauchline. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. The hosts were super friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. We’ll recommend to friends and family traveling in the area.

Great location for exploring the area, very cofortable, clean, and spacious accomodation. Quite and restful, great beds and generous perfectly cooked breakfast. The Lady of the house was delightful, accomodating and went to any extent to make my stay wonderful. If I'd visit the area again hopefully I'll stay longer!

Lovely clean and good place to stay visiting Ayrshire and near to Dumfries House. Also travelling to and from Scotland.

The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating—truly went above and beyond! They helped us with local sites and even planned multiple day trips for us. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely to die for. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely welcome ,great large room ,super tea trolly ,with tea ,coffee and hot chocolate,,and very nice Borders biscuits. Great sleep. Very comfy beds. Absolutely fantastic breakfast ,yogurt, fresh fruit ,cereals, the Scottish cooked breakfast ,was just amazing. Thank you for looking after us. We really enjoyed our stay. ..

Great stay and lovely cooked bread each morning my only slight hiccup was the bed was the mattress was soft but that’s a preference

Uma runs an excellent establishment! The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and Uma served a delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay there again!

A delightful location!...takes all your travel fears away. Spacious, crisp, clean, comfy rooms with a magnificent view as far as the eyes can see.The host and hostess sre sooooo pleasant and helpful. She makes a mean breakfast too! Yum yum!

We stayed at Ardwell BnB as we were attending a friends wedding at Dumfries House. Morton and Una were very friendly and their hospitality was exceptional. They even gave us a lift to the wedding venue! The breakfast they put on was also fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.
